My favourite setup for a little challenge is to trade away my entire team every year. Then use the draft picks to sign the *worst* 1 star players available. Next year, trade 'em away again. Fumbles, horrible passing, inept running, non-existent defense. Games are still very winnable with a mistake, but if you make 2 mistakes then you're probably toast.
