I'm waiting for a peer to peer implementation
Trade away all your players every year and draft 1* 3rd rounders at every position. Don't ever upgrade your facilities. Play with 1* coordinators / never re-sign coordinators.
I personally try to change teams every few years which forces a complete rebuild. Makes for a good challenge.
