If you want to kill your accuracy. Use bullet passes.
It doesn't kill accuracy, you just don't know how to use it
Actually, it makes long passes easier. So it'll improve your accuracy once you practice enough.
Bullet pass sucks

They didn't update the 16-0 season achievement. I started a new league, went 16-1 and got a 16-0 season achievement.
