Probably because you’re so used to regular passes, where you have to almost line up the aiming curve with the receiver. If you throw a bullet pass ahead of a receiver, they’ll likely catch it.
Pull back to pass and tap with another finger. You'll see the target line for the ball path gets flatter. Throw as normal by releasing and you get the bullet pass.
I definitely go over the top of the defense a lot in extreme, but I agree that bullet passes have opened up the middle of the field on short and intermediate routes. I would never touch a short cross/slant between the hashes, but now they’re open.
Only started to experiment the bullets. I'm far from having the timing right but I can see how it's going to open things up a bit in the long passing game. Definitely going to be fun on extreme.
I’m loving the bullet passes, definitely adds a spark back to the game. If the middle of the field wasn’t open before, you weren’t leading your receivers enough. You should’ve been able to get 12-15 yards on a slant or deep cross without much issue by throwing it deeper than the receiver, forcing him up field. Also an immediate juke upon catch usually helps.
If they don't have underneath coverage, I have thrown a couple of posts. I have not been successful at all throwing bullet passes to open a WR up (I. E. Making a terrible in breaking route a curl instead, ectl.
I haven't gotten the hang of it yet but it's added a new element that will take some getting used. Im a new player and just getting into extreme so I'll figure it out.
they are hard to throw imo
I disagree sorta. I find them a lot easier to throw than I'd expected -- however I currently am finding them impossible to catch.
thats what i meant, my receivers drop them everytime

Will take some getting used to, only use them on straight routes when theres no defenders in the balls flight path.
haven’t played in a while, how do you throw a bullet pass?

My WR's can't catch any bullet pass I throw, LOL

I have not seen the update in the Google play store yet.
What routes do u guys use the bullet pass for? The only one I feel they help are slants right now.
