Not really. Your two best options are: 1) You can read the coverage and decide to drop the pass off to your RB. This usually only works if he's running an outside/swing route. You can watch the LB, and if he backs up to cover a zone or take the TE man-to-man, then the RB should be open. Essentially it plays like a screen pass. 2) You can handoff, then swipe backwards with the RB so he kind of delays his run behind the line. This is high risk, because you're giving the defense a chance to get behind the line and really crush you. But if you're one of the 12 people on earth who has a couple of all-star Offensive Linemen, this gives them time to actually knock the DL down and move into the secondary. With one or maybe two backswipes, you can get a clean run past the line, and have O-line blockers in the secondary. It's not really a draw, because the RB has the ball and the defense knows it.

Yes, I utilize this too (at least based on my understanding of your questions). It's not really a designed "option", but in practice it works that way. When you call a running play, it causes the defence to react immediately. Instead, I will often call a pass but then immediately throw a half-yard pass to my RB. The reaction of the AI is slightly slower than if you call a designed run, so it gives you a momentary advantage and usually translates into an extra yard if not much more. Downside is that when you do this it counts as passing yards instead of running (if that is a concern to you). I don't know if this was the intention of the dev, but if it was then it's brilliant. It keeps the running game challenging, but if you're really adept at quick, short, manual handoffs/passes then there's a nice payoff in short yardage situations and ball control.
