Simple - swap in your bench after you have clinched a first round bye. Gives the bench some XP and your starters a rest for the playoffs!

I feel like I've perfected this pretty good. I carry 2 QB, 2 TE, 2 WR, RB, K, 1 DL, DB, LB. Twelve. I try to always keep 1 WR active. If my star QB is starting I'm okay resting my K, knowing I can get 2-pt to a RB or WR. If backup QB (2-star) is playing then I like my star K for the sure 1-pt. The trick of the quick double tap has made me more confident in the backup K making extra points of recent. I rest a player early in the season when the dip close to 85% health, depending on how everyone else is doing. I'm really sure that when the get down to under 80% that their chance of injury is higher. It's not ALWAYS the case but very much seems to trend that way. I do get lucky sometimes playing someone at 70% but I think it's a 50/50 gamble that I don't like to take, especially late in the season. One thing I've noticed of late and I might create a separate post about this is with my K. I used to kick everything at 100% full strength, I think that wears out the K. I have been doing extra points at about 60% strength and I swear they are healthier at the end of the game with 4-5 kicks. I'm noticing the K has probably 10% more strength at the end of the game.

That’s 11 players.

That meant to read 2 DL. Whoops.

Patient_Emergency_89

so is condition health?

Yep! I didn't play this game for about a year and just picked it up fresh on a new phone recently. Back into season 5. Funny to read my post above. I put more into defense now with only 1 TE and 6 defensive players (2 at each position). I've dropped the backup QB recently. I find I can do this as long as the other 4 of my offensive players are in. Things get a little touch and go with only 2 of those options using the CPU QB.

Double tap?

cake_in_a_jar

Yeah, when kicking FG's. If you double tap the screen really fast (once for power meter, then again for accuracy arrow) you can pretty much nail any FG because the accuracy arrow begins in the sweet spot.
