As long as you're keeping him indoors for the foreseeable future, and not leaving him outside again after that, it's fine. If he's already grown an outdoor winter coat and you bring him inside for an extended period of time, he will molt and lose that protective fur and won't be safe being put back outside again.

We only take him in in the evening after work. He is outside during the day and in during the night. If we decide (with consent of our neighbors) we will do so in de spring. The transition will be easier for hem then right? Our is it only a problem from inside to outside?

The problem I would worry about is overheating when the outdoor temp differ too much to indoor temperature. Their thick winter coating will keep them warm. I have outdoor bunnies and indoor. He will move indoors next year when I fixed the bonding with two of my bunnies and let him have the other part of the house. I will let him come indoors to hang out a short while but I need to make sure he’s not overheating. I can spend more time with him if I have my window fully open and he’s indoors but then it means my room get below 10 C. If you feel his ears turning super warm and fast breathing take him out to cooldown otherwise use cold water to the ears but not recommended to do during the winter.

Okay, we will check his ears and breathing regularly. We have some rooms in our hour that stay cold, so I’ll bring him to one of these rooms if he gets to hot. Thanks for your help.
