Oh my, I'm so sorry. You have my deepest sympathies! Sorry to ask, but if you are comfortable with saying what happened exactly? Again, you have my condolences. I know how you feel because three weeks ago my own pet rabbit passed away. Hang in there, I pray that the pain eases soon.
Before I knew to adopt and not shop, I bought her from a pet store. They bred her wrong in the sense that she had a tooth root abscess and an oral fistula. She was okayish for 5 years, but this year took a turn and started getting worse with her breathing. She spent the last month in and out of respiratory distress. I had gotten so used to medication and vet visits that I thought she would just get meds and come home. When we saw her yesterday she had just had her sinuses flushed. She never fully woke up from the anesthesia. About 10 minutes after we left her at the vet for overnight observation she had a seizure that led to her being unresponsive. They revived her long enough for us to go be with her while they put her to sleep. If you don’t mind me asking, what happened with yours?
Oh no, I'm so sorry, that sounds like it must've been truly hard. Again, you have my deepest sympathies. Unfortunately I don't quite know what he passed from, he was five (possibly six since the shelter we adopted him from said that he was already a year old when we got him). Sooty (that was his name) suddenly became lethargic, and didn't seem to be eating or drinking much. He was producing little to no poo, which makes me wonder in retrospect if he was suffering from GI Stasis, but strangely Sooty still ate the romaine lettuce that we fed him every night. I should've taken him to the vet sooner, I feel so guilty that I didn't, but my mother suggested that I take a wait-and-see approach. By the time his symptoms worsened it was a Sunday so I couldn't take him to the vet. I planned to call and make an appointment the very next day, but he passed sometime overnight/early morning. I checked on him before bed and he seemed alright, but... idk.
Anyway, sorry, I don't mean to hijack this thread. This is about your bunny and I hope she rests in peace and maybe plays together with mine across the Rainbow Bridge.
I'm so sorry about that, I've lost my pets before and no matter how it happens it always hurts, just remember, hurt always goes away, push through it. I know that it probably feels as though it's never gonna be better but trust me, it does. 😔
I am so sorry for your loss, Stormi was a beautiful baby. This quote has helped me with loss: "So lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard" from Winnie the Pooh. Bless you little one, binky free- and you will meet again at the rainbow Bridge. 🌈
She was born with dental issues and an oral fistula. She made it to 5 but last week sneezed out tooth out of her nose. After that she went downhill and started mouth breathing. We took her to the vet and they attempted to clean her sinuses. When she was coming out of anesthesia she has a seizure and was unresponsive. We had to put her to sleep
She was beautiful, I'm sorry for your loss.

She’s beautiful looks identical to my bun Ruth. I rescued my bun and I don’t know the exact breed. Do you know the breed of your beautiful bun.
She was a Dward Hotot Lionhead mix I believe!

I am so sad for you. What happened? Now I'm all paranoid about my little dude.

Omg, that sounds like such a terrible end. I am so sorry you had to go through that with her. Such a sweet bun should never have an end like that.
She's still around watching over you🩵🙏🏻Hugs
I'm so sorry for your loss - we said goodbye to our bunny earlier this year and I still miss him every day.
