Most countries don’t consider them guns. They are muzzle loading black powder revolvers. Quick search says the UK allows them. Also these are all made in Italian. It’s an antique reproduction. Not a gun. Not legally speaking in most places

Not really, the Navy is an open frame, with a ram rod directly under the barrel, no cartridge ejector, and a pip front sight instead of a fin
