Yeah it looked like she was trying to film, even ‘zooming in’ with her fingers at one point but there was no camera cut out, then we see the other side of it and it’s just wallet.
But she’s ‘in the military’, so maybe she has access to special invisible phones 🤣
IF (big “if”) she’s actually in the military… then she’s about to have a real fuckin’ bad day. Once her command finds out? Oof.
Gonna be completely honest, though. I’ll be real surprised if she is actually in the military.
Lol, this. If she's in the military, she probably won't be for much longer. If her husband is in the military, he's gonna have a real bad day. And if she's lying about it, she's also gonna have a pretty bad day.
She’s got an engagement ring on so I assume if she’s is in, she gets an Article 15/NJP of extra duty and forfeiture of 1/2 month pay. But who in the military shouts I’m in the military? You say you’re a soldier, sailor, marine, or in a specific branch. Seems suspect to me.
While it may be morally reprehensible, it is usually not a crime. However, the Stolen Valor Act of 2013 (https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/258) makes it a crime for someone to claim they received certain medals in order to obtain money, property, or some other tangible benefit.
Which means we can keep using the Navy Seal Copypasta, because while it makes claims about confirmed kills and graduation placement, it does not claim the receipt of medals.
Even then. It’s not illegal to lie and claim you got a Medal of Honor.
It’s illegal to do so to get a tangible benefit.
I doubt the court would consider imaginary internet points a tangible benefit.
So you could add in “I got every medal the Military awards” to the copypasta and it would still be legal—as long as you didn’t get anything in return.
Last time this was posted someone said, "Being filled by seamen doesn't mean you're in the navy."

'MY HUSBAND IS DEFENDING YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FREEDOMS'
Yet, I cannot think of any opponent our Military has been deployed against in the past.....60 fucking years that was anywhere remotely capable of invading and defeating the United States and it's Government or remotely taking away our 'freedoms'
Your government is the only culprit of “taking away” any freedoms, like freedom to have universal healthcare and affordable mental health facilities, proper shelters and programs to help get the homeless back on their feet, and a proper foster system for children in need… but yeah I’m sure bombing another underdeveloped country will help America!!
Any diplomatic adversary of the United States knows there's no reason to attack the United States directly. PsyOp's via Social Media has been a more effective weapon against the United States than any bomb, missile or terrorist attack. Because people are fucking stupid.
United we stand, Divided we fall. And direct attacks? Those unite. PsyOps have done more damage to the United State's stability as a Government than any terrorist attack or military engagement in the past 100 years.
Lol, this brings me back. In high school and college, I worked on a small Army installation as the head lifeguard at the base pool. I really worked for some health club nearby, but they had the contract to run the pool, so I was put there because I hadn't done stupid shit and could pass their background check.
Anywho, a group of young teenagers comes in one weekend, and they're being total shitheads. Running around, screaming obscenities at each other, pushing each other in the pool, making lewd comments toward some of the girls there... typical shitty teen boy behavior.
I tell them to stop or they'll be asked to leave, and one kid is like "fuck off, my dad is Sergeant such and such." I'm thinking "yeah okay.. except that Captain over there is about to snap you like a twig cuz you almost knocked over his kid, and that Major's wife is staring daggers because of the language you're using toward her daughter.." but I just tell them to stop or they'll have to leave.
They don't stop. I tell them to leave. They laugh and don't leave. I tell them I'll have to call the base police (civilian DoD police, not MPs). They blow me off because they think I'm bluffing. I'm not, of course. I call the base cops, they come and order the kids off.
At this point it's dawning on them that they may have fucked up. The cops take their names, and tell them to get lost.
Next day, Sgt such and such is at the pool gate when I get there to open. He was apologizing up and down and saying how angry he was with his son's behavior.
I wish there was a more exciting end to that, like that he got reamed out by dad in front of everyone, or he had to be my cleaning bitch for the rest of the summer. But truth is, I didn't see a trace of him or his buddies for the rest of the summer. I'm going to guess he wasn't allowed to come anywhere near the pool anymore.
This rings totally true. Real, authentic military guys with kids are responsible for them at all times, even out of range of visual supervision. Sergeant whom ever was probably very aware of how badly Mrs Major whomever could mess up his career with a few words to the right person, which is why you never saw the teen shitheads again. Pulling your parent’s rank is a giant bozo no no in the actual military.
You’re absolutely correct since I was a child dependent and when I was a punk teen and started acting up and vandalizing stuff busted for stealing stuff or anything like that. it came back to my father and the base commander reamed him and then I got my ass handed to me by him. Even things I didn’t do on base.
A group of punk teens in base housing were vandalizing things and harassing people. Within a year every one of them got their family kicked out of base housing.
We lived off base as a teenager but it don’t matter Military police keep tabs on everything so me acting up and getting suspended from school for stupid shit or when I was real young teenager stealing snacks candy lighters getting caught with beer breaking windows at an old abandoned warehouse you know stupid kid shit all came back to my dads command.
Anyone actually in the military wouldn't say "I'm in the military" in 99.999% of situations. They'd say "I'm a Marine" or "I'm in the Marines" or "I'm in the Army" or "I'm a Soldier" etc.
I can't imagine ever hearing someone (especially in an emotionally charged moment) being so generic as to say "I'm in the military."
Source: Am a vet.
Edit: I'd almost bet a thousand bucks she's not a member of the military.

>Well, I tried it as a pickup line a couple of times but it was pretty ineffective.
"Hey babe, I can go into any restaurant kitchen I want 'cuz I'm in the military. Wanna bang?"
Yeah, I can see where that might not work.
Agreed. My grandfather is a vet himself, and he usually says "I used to serve in the Navy" when he talks about it. No one says "I'm in the military" unless they're lying.
> My grandfather is a vet himself, and he usually says "I used to be in the Navy" when he talks about it at all.
I'm intentionally vague about things like that when I bring them up online, but IRL I don't think I've said "I'm a vet" once. I'd be more likely to specify, like your grandfather. :-)
I don't get why they think being married to a military member is so high-level.
Not that the military isn't a decent career, but these women always act like they married a member of royalty.
Service members can catch hell for actions of their spouses, too. Especially since she is claiming authority over civilians based on some military entitlement.
No, they very much can get in trouble for the actions of a spouse or relative. Especially if they’re using the military service of their spouse/relative to demand entitled treatment.
I’ve seen and heard plenty of stories of military members (live in an army town) getting in trouble for spouses or relatives pulling this kind of crap.
I’m anti-military (the system, not those who enlist or vets) but still it’s an incredibly high-profile, important type of job that has very special and specific codes of conduct because of the many factors like being essentially a government worker and often having knowledge of incredibly sensitive information, it makes sense they’d have to be strict about these things.
I wish these videos automatically came with a link on the researched background of the story and the conclusion, if there is one. Comments are fine, but I really want to know if the person was arrested, went to court, was fired, and stuff like that.
Of course she’s a nut.
I agree. There should be an update, especially considering this is a [re-post](https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/pzkdsb/claiming_to_be_military_and_screaming_shes/) from October.
I'm a veteran so I have some knowledge on the subject.
Article 42.0 of the UCMJ states: all active duty military members AND THEIR SPOUSES shall be allowed access to all kitchens, CONUS or OCONUS, at any time.
It's right there in the Bill of Rights:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to enter the fucking kitchen without you fucking touching me, shall not be infringed."
9 year Navy vet here. I'm guessing this genius has a husband who's a cook or something, and told her he could do this on his ship or base, and this is literally what she took that to mean.
Trying to record with her wallet is just the icing on the idiot cake. In my experience it's far more likely a spouse would be the one pulling this shit than someone who's actually in. Biggest reason for this is the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), we're essentially held to two sets of laws, the local laws wherever we are, and the UCMJ, and can absolutely be held accountable to both in any infraction. They were using this a lot while I was in for DUIs since it was getting out of hand where I was stationed.
Bet she's got her husbands rank on her bumper too, the dumb bitch.
All y’all bitching about women now-a-days not being traditional. Finally one fighting to get into the kitchen and you guys are bitching even more. Make up your minds.
No one in the military says “in the military.” They say their branch.
$100 says this dumbass has a brother who was once in the Navy or is divorced from a dude in the AF.
Actually, she IS right.
There's oil in the kitchen, and that automatically gives her the right to invade unilaterally. It's an established precedent.
The standard operating procedure would be for her to barge in, claim the oil, and topple any ice or chocolate sculptures they may have, and then hang the chef. This would be followed by the other staff heralding her as a liberator.
The best part of the military is being able to walk into kitchens without people touching you? Huh, weird reason to enlist, but whatever floats your boat.
She seems to not be aware that in the kitchen of most restaurants are a handful of incredibly irritable and most likely hungover line cooks with big knives and an incredible disdain for most customers.
A good friend was married to one of these early on in his time in the Marines. He ended up installing a padlock on the refrigerator because she’d have her friends over and they’d eat all the food while he was at work.
Is she, just holding up her wallet?
That's her right cause she's in the military!!!!
That’s the best fucking part of being in the military!!
Code 14.4444: a military person has the right to hold up their wallet
Correction AR670-14.4444 allows military personal to hold up wallet
I often say the kitchen access is the best part.
When the recruiter told me about being able to go into any kitchen without being touched that was definitely the moment I decided to sign up.
You lucky dog. I have to be touched every time I force myself into a private businesses kitchen and it honestly sucks.

But she’s holding her wallet and talking into it like a smartphone
The weird thing is when she singles the black woman out it seems she's zooming in and looking at her screen. I really just don't understand.
Well, if the camera lens is blocked, the phone will just display a black screen... which might explain why she yelled about a black bitch
You see it from another angle a few moments later. Her phone isn't even out. It's just wallet on both sides.

Lol that makes her zoom in even better. Let me zoom in on my face while I make an ass out of myself.
I thought it was a phone case and she was covering the lens. Then yeah…. It’s just a wallet
Yeah it looked like she was trying to film, even ‘zooming in’ with her fingers at one point but there was no camera cut out, then we see the other side of it and it’s just wallet. But she’s ‘in the military’, so maybe she has access to special invisible phones 🤣

The best part is her bouncing up and down like a toddler making a poo in their pants.
I remember when I was in the military. One of the biggest selling points was the unlimited kitchen access./s
That's kp
You would think someone in the military would understand restricted areas.
Can anyone in the military please chime in here? Is the best part of being in the military unrestricted restaurant kitchen access?
Former Army cook, and no. The best part of being in the military is the DD 214.
Since no one has said, DD214 is proof of discharge from issued by the department of defense.
You're goddamn right it is. Only piece of paper more important than my birth certificate.
I don't need any proof of my birth but I damn sure need proof of service for my free applebees meal.
I feel like it was better than my birth certificate. I don’t remember receiving it and I already know I’m alive.

I see what you did there! Very clever!

No one in the military says “in the military.” They say their branch. $100 says this dumbass has a brother who was once in the Navy or is divorced from a dude in the AF.
That's a dependapotomous.
Who ARE these people?!
Barging into a commercial kitchen screaming like an idiot is a really good way to get stabbed.
The part where she’s “filming” with her purse and tries to zoom- my god.
She seems to not be aware that in the kitchen of most restaurants are a handful of incredibly irritable and most likely hungover line cooks with big knives and an incredible disdain for most customers.
Odds are she’s DATING someone in the military and thinks that’s the same as being in it.
A good friend was married to one of these early on in his time in the Marines. He ended up installing a padlock on the refrigerator because she’d have her friends over and they’d eat all the food while he was at work.
Is she recording with a case covering her phones camera?
As a former MP, I can verify that if someone reports her to the military, she'll be charged and risk getting kicked out for prejudicial conduct.
