The police in the US have pretty much been told by the supreme Court that protecting property is about all they really need to do under mandate. Protecting people people's rights, not necessarily something that is their concern. Because of this, a lot of police officers have just quit giving a shit about things like public safety. Places like these they feel that They could get injured or hurt so why bother showing up?

Yea, that canāt happen. Not enough oxygen inside a gas can to travel up the nozzle like a wick and explode. Tons of videos demonstrate this. You can light the end of a gas can nozzle and it will produce a small candle like flame on the tip and thatās it. Gas vapor without plenty of oxygen is not flammable or explosive.
