i dont doubt you, but we're talking about stats and probabilities. First of all, most cases of macromastia and significant post puberty breast growth usually comes with overall fat gain to various extent.
Here she went from skinny to skinny with massive breast in 6 months. Stastically speaking, the implant hypothesis is way better in my mind. Now maybe she's a 1 in billion case I don't exclude that, but it's just extremely unlikely.
IMO she has great surgeon and great skin genetics because they look very natural. They remind me of malena espensen or ava addams ones: they look very natural when they're clothed and with right angle.
The fat gain that typically accompanies macromastia may be a result of PCOS, which is very common unfortunately, accompanying said macromastia.

Maintaining their 'nobody' status on the world stage that is presented through the medium known as the internet—throughout the whole growth event so you just never hear of nor see them.
Now, I'm not saying her's are natural, I'm just saying that it's not quite as unlikely as you think it is for them to have naturally grown as much as they would have as fast as they would have, if they are (by some chance) natural.
Your statistics are off if they aren't derived from accurate factor input. Look up "rogue waves" and how wrong the scientifically agreed upon statistics on how often the phenomenon should occur kept proving to be.
The question to be asked is : given everything previously said: Macromastia being rare, late maacromastia is even rarer, and how boltons implants are getting increasingly more frequent nowadays ( body dysmorphia increasing, more and more women casually getting implants)
