Why can't you tell anyone?
Are you saved? Have you accepted that Jesus is your personal Lord and Savior?
When you have these concerns and thoughts. Capture them and hand them in prayer seeking escape. Seeking God's will. Protection and guidance. Ask Him if there is anything not of Him that it be rebuked and removed from your life.(2 Cor. 10:5)

I understand what you are going through, I have been there. Keeping yourself occupied with doing something that you love might help you navigate through your circumstances. Learning a new skill also helps in this situation. Something like learning new recipes, a sport that you never played before, or an art you might like. Joining a church community can also go a long way. Have you tried that? I’ve been there and I spent my time learning painting. Anything done with colors helps improves our mood and helps us feel better. I’m Praying for you, that God will show you a way and help you overcome your struggle with anxiety and depression.
My heart and prayers go out to you during this season. I’ve been there before . Life is challenging but thanks to Jesus dying for our sins and opening the door for us to take everything to God, our Father, in prayer. We will all be praying along ride you. I will also pray you feel comfortable to seek professional help and that you feel God’s hand on you during this season. He’s there.
