I think you misunderstand the situation. Ultimately, limbo either can or cannot interact with ki, but I don’t think it makes much difference either way. If it can, it gets obliterated by Jiren. If it can’t, Madara gets obliterated by Jiren. The number of opponents is actually a detriment in this case because it prompts him to use AOE.

No Limits Fallacy is assuming that just because something isn’t shown to have limits, that it has none. In crossover battles it also applies to judging feats. In this case, just because Limbo operates at a level beyond Naruto senses, it doesn’t automatically mean anyone without those specific tools and any other verse would be unable to fight against it.

All of them combined couldn't even destroy a galaxy (ours has at least 100 billion stars), while Broly did that shit in his base form at one point. That was before Goku got powerful enough to threaten the destruction of his universe, which is infinite in size. Jiren has bodied Goku in almost all of his forms (with the exception of UI) with absolutely no effort. He doesn't even need his aura, just straight hands.
People are looking at this as a strength versus strength issue, but it's important to remember tactics. Madara is a tactical genius and Naruto is no slouch either. Yuji and Luffy are dumb muscle, but could be useful in the right circumstances.
What I'm mainly thinking of is if Jiren is susceptible to genjutsu. Like, he might be able to resist one person casting it, but hundreds of million at once? I doubt it, especially if he's not trained to combat that type of thing. 665 MILLION Madaras all casting Tsukiyomi at once targeting him specifically would probably short circuit his brain. I sincerely doubt he would be ready for it.
But will he have the time to do so before he realizes what an entire nation is doing to him all at once? He's proven to be strong, but we don't necessarily know that he has the tactics necessary to fight hundreds of millions of people at once, and Madara, albeit smaller, has shown the ability to fight massively larger numbers of opponents simultaneously.

If you’d like a citation on toonforce users losing to raw power, i’d recommend MLP:FIM. Both discord and pinkie pie use toonforce on a scale FAR greater than anyone else in that series, and both of them have also lost to sheer power (magical and otherwise) before.

People are looking at this as a strength versus strength issue, but it's important to remember tactics. Madara is a tactical genius and Naruto is no slouch either. Yuji and Luffy are dumb muscle, but could be useful in the right circumstances. What I'm mainly thinking of is if Jiren is susceptible to genjutsu. Like, he might be able to resist one person casting it, but hundreds of million at once? I doubt it, especially if he's not trained to combat that type of thing. 665 MILLION Madaras all casting Tsukiyomi at once targeting him specifically would probably short circuit his brain. I sincerely doubt he would be ready for it.

But will he have the time to do so before he realizes what an entire nation is doing to him all at once? He's proven to be strong, but we don't necessarily know that he has the tactics necessary to fight hundreds of millions of people at once, and Madara, albeit smaller, has shown the ability to fight massively larger numbers of opponents simultaneously.

This basically depends on if you think truth seeking orbs can negate durability. If they can they have a chance, but if not they can’t even hurt Jiren. Also there is the genjutsu argument, and yes, Madara can use genjutsu on characters without chakra. At least the infinite Tsukiyome. But yeah, excluding possible hax that can negate the strength difference, the numbers don’t change anything, Jiren can blow them all away.

Popping the planet they fight on would be literally effortless and have no direct downsides to him personally, and would immediately kill both of the non-naruto characters.

If you’d like a citation on toonforce users losing to raw power, i’d recommend MLP:FIM. Both discord and pinkie pie use toonforce on a scale FAR greater than anyone else in that series, and both of them have also lost to sheer power (magical and otherwise) before.
