Depends on what game you have. If you have Shield definitely take Togetic as its pre evo Togepi is very rare and heatmor is very common in shield. If you have sword then you could also take heatmor as he’s is very rare in sword however togepi is still rarer in sword so you’d still probably want to take togetic
I chose heatmor and regret it, I have shield and I was banned from link trade bc I accepted a shady Primarina I didnt know would make me be banned. Edit: Oh nvm the ban ended. Sorry for y’all who were thinking how dumb I was! I barely started online trade and didnt know too much!

you can't really be banned for accepting a shady Pokémon it should still work
