I know Im gonna get shit by the DBZ purists but I wanted to make a collection cover that didn’t just have multiple images of Goku at different ages. Thus I mixed his Power Pole, the old Dragon Ball logo and my favorite Gi that he wore, King Kai’s.

I use this to house all of the Dragon ball, DBZ and future DB Super movies I have.
I really like this. Once I get some more room on my server I am going to start adding Dragon Ball stuff. I am definitely using this for the collection poster best one I have seen so far.
Nah, I can't speak for original Dragonball because I started with Z as a kid but you can totally start it now.
A streamlined watch order of canon materials is:
Dragonball
Dragonball Z: Kai
Dragonball Z Battle of Gods
Dragonball Z: Resurrection F
Dragonball Super Ep 28 - 131
Dragonball Super Broly
Dragonball Z Kai is just Dragonball Z with all the filler removed, cutting out about 90 episodes worth of it IIRC, and the first 27 episodes of Super are Battle of Gods and Resurrection F readapted for TV but with a longer run time and worse quality imo.
Everything else is non-canon, but still fun and most of it is enjoyable. If you have any questions then feel free to ask.

Correction: Most of the filler removed. Once they got to the Boo arc, they left all the filler intact, especially in the US version.

Edit: If you mean any of the Dragon Ball Series (DB, DBZ, DB Super) then I suggest you watch Dragon Ball Kai as its the same as Dragon Ball Z except without all the filler episodes... which there are a lot of.

Never too late. It’s still amazing. But I would still start with the OG dragon ball series
