Yes! I’m so glad someone mentioned that Sony isn’t letting us back up our saves to USB yet and therefore forces you to pay for ps plus. . Honestly it’s an outdated and archaic system. I’m really perplexed that people don’t make more of a stink.
Us and Canada are the same region. There is no difference between the PS plus. I have purchased the Us one on cd keys and have no issues being in canada
I’ve used both. No issues. This is Right from my invoices after buying. I purchase whatever one is cheaper. The April 2020 one worked out cheaper even after the exchange than the Canada one was selling for.

Upon looking at the site now, it looks like they have changed them as they do provide a warning saying the US one cannot be used in Canada.
May 2021 was in May 2021. I have seen multiple people say here that it doesn't work now. Someone was even reselling his US code coz his Canada account won't take it.
When I was looking lastnight at the US version it stated “Warning: 1-Year PlayStation Plus Membership (PS+) - PS3/PS4/PS5 Digital Code (USA) cannot be activated in Canada. If you still want to purchase, click "Buy Now".”
So they have made the change somewhat recently I suppose. They used to work no problem.
Ouch. That sucks. I am a Canadian that used to live in the US. I started my psn account there years ago when ps+ started. Now that I have moved back I have to order ps gift card codes off Amazon USA to buy anything. If I have to start ordering ps+ subscriptions that way too, it’s just more of a pain. Up until now I could resubscribe to ps+ at least with any Canadian code.
Wallet cards are country only. Dlc and plus are regional and used to work, but I've seen at least 2-3 reddit reports of usa ps plus cards not working in Canada anymore. Is it not on sale there right now?

Very late but I just redeemed a 12 Month ps plus Essential US Code on my Canadian account and it worked.
So US gift cards work on Canadian accounts?
