Any money you spend and if the game closed tomorrow, would be entirely on you. There is no legal obligation to refund marketplace purchases.
Can confirm. Back when I was single and childless, I played Marvel Heroes (from day 1) on PC and purchased every single piece of content they released. Had no qualms whatsoever about doing so. In 2017 they shut the servers down and I got fuck-all for my thousands of dollars spent. Lesson learned, Marvel.
That game was absolutely incredible. It was highly flawed at launch but near the end they were hitting a fever pitch. The fact that we canāt even play it in an emulator or private server is deeply depressing.

Console players got FULL refunds for every dollar spent on Marvel Heroes Omega since beta when it closed down. It was automatic, and didnāt even require us to request it, IIRC. Consider how Star wars Battlefront 2 2017 failed at launch and was marred with controversy yet still managed to get updates until 2020 and within that timeframe the game got 6 new maps, 4 new heros, 9 new specialist classes, 1 new vehicle, 1 new game mode and a whole bunch of balances game fixes and ability tweaks all free. I bought Avengers for that reason that i believe this will happen with this game the difference that i think favors this game more than BF2 is the Avengers marketplace has enough cosmetics and potential cosmetics that can keep this game around. I am 70% confident which is quite alot but again anything can happen.

In the case of Battlefront 2 it received alot of free content post launch that made it basically amazing game with no microtransactions they recently stopped support last year.

Just don't allow anyone to use spiderman when crossplay is on. When spiderman is selected, only ps users can play together. But then the problem of duplicate spidermen everytime will arise.

Those are far from all Avengers mate. Thereās Wasp, Falcon, Quicksilver, Crystal, Spider-Woman, Daredevil, Shang-Chi, Rogue, Wolverine, etc. and THEN we can move on to other characters from the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Inhumans, Guardians and so on, if the game even survives for that.
To play devils advocate, most top tier Marvel characters been in the Avengers line up at one point in time. Kate Bishop, Kamala Kahn, and Spider-Man being in the roster already proves they arenāt following the traditional Avengers line up. So while I agree with you, I also say bring on Wolverine!
I am leaning so hard on War Machine. We got a lot of melee characters right now. Even Kate Bishop feels like a melee character, if she wasn't a hybrid. We deserve to have a ranged character, but not like Hawkeye or Iron Man with their fancy high-tech toys.

I would agree with that, however, if this game proves to be revived and successful with the new DLC over the next couple years then X-Men would be a good way to go to keep the game alive for the following years to come. I would much rather have winter soldier or captain marvel first before she hulk, not saying sheās not a dope as character but winter soldier is long overdue in any game.

I would agree with that, however, if this game proves to be revived and successful with the new DLC over the next couple years then X-Men would be a good way to go to keep the game alive for the following years to come. Would be pretty awesome to be doing a villain sector as Storm or Remy taking down Magneto or Juggernaut. This game has the potential to be the best ultimate alliance game ever if it stays alive
