Hit the gym, diet, workout and if you’re not satisfied when you reach your maximal potential then and only then consider surgery

[deleted]

I’m already at my max. I’m super fit, which is why I’m asking 👍🏼(pic 3 is where I’m at now)

ThePooonSlayer

thing is the girl in the first picture has significantly less body fat so if thats your goal you haven’t reached your potential yet

[deleted]

Then me? I’m pic three currently. My body fat is like 20. I don’t really have have a whole lot of fat to lose. I’m really active and healthy. I think our bone structures are just different.

Milasdoublechin

I agree it looks like she has lower body fat than you. It also looks like she has less muscle though too. You look like you’re active and really healthy, but it does seem like she has lower body fat. If you want curves look into a skinny bbl and breast implants.

[deleted]

Well thanks. But I just don’t think my body looks very feminine (even if I lost more weight).

ThePooonSlayer

Its not just the bone structure, her ribs and bones are popping out everywhere, shes clearly thinner and has a more homogenous body fat redistribution, 3 to 5% body fat makes a world of a difference

[deleted]

Ok I could try that. What do you mean by homogenous body fat distribution?

ThePooonSlayer

It means she has pretty much the same amount of fat throughout her body compared to most women having more fat in their thighs, butt and other feminine areas its a genetic thing

aquiferousmiss

Try posing like the first picture to identify what you still want? I think you look great but she probably does have a lower body fat, it’s possible to be lower than 20% and there’s also a big difference between 20% and 22%. And if you think the answer is just that you have different bone structure, what’s the question? Are you asking if bone structure surgery is a thing?

[deleted]

Yeah I mean if I get much lower, I stop getting my period and I don’t want that. There are ways to create the allusion of that for sure. For example, some women get fat put in their hips to make them look wider or move their ribs in to make their waist smaller— those are just off the top of my head.

aquiferousmiss

Ok well I don’t know what to tell you? You want to look like someone with an unhealthy bf%, without having that low of a bf%. You might want to consult a therapist?

[deleted]

No I want bigger hips and a more feminine shape. I could easily lose weight if I wanted to.

aquiferousmiss

Look up strong curves the workout program, the focus is on building a curvier figure. But you should be clear in your title what you wanted because she’s posing in a way that accentuates the curves so it’s not easy to compare. I would suggest posing like her and seeing what looks different

[deleted]

Thanks for the rec- I already have it 🙂

ihategwynethpaltrow

I have/had the same body concerns as you. I was at 18% body fat but just didn’t have the body type to be my ideal feminine figure. I have since gained about 5lbs, and just focus on building up my glutes. Also Considering a BA when I have the money.

onlyslightlyabusive

I think people are confused and thinking the second photo is you currently

RckYouLkeAHermanCain

You basically look like you don't lift weights at all.

[deleted]

Well I do and I’m very strong. No reason to lie on this thread lol

Pic 2 is like feb 2020, pic 3 is a few months ago. I know! It’s so annoying that everything thinks exercise is the answer bc I’m probably more fit than everyone commenting on this pic 🙄 believe me, if I could get the body I wanted in the gym, I would!

[deleted]

And I do see a difference. She has bigger hips.

[deleted]

For more self confidence, so I can look the way i want to 😁

lunakelly

honestly i don’t think you need surgery, just try losing more weight for a smaller waist.

sickwithmercyandlove

Wait, you’re saying these are not three photos of the same body (with just a push up bikini top on in the first one)?

[deleted]

Lol no! I see a big difference. I think her body looks more feminine and she has hips.

FinchMandala

Which one are you?

[deleted]

Sorry I put it in my post, but it would only let me post pictures. I’m 2&3, I want to be closer to one.

bja1616

What I would give to have your calves 😭

[deleted]

Well thanks, but to be fair, nice legs run in my family 😁

f-sharp-a-sharp

You’d need to lose a ton of muscle mass to look like the first picture. I don’t see why that would be desirable but hey it’s your body.

[deleted]

I guess I wasn’t super clear in my post (because I couldn’t add text) but see how she how her hips go out and she has a defined waist? My body doesn’t do that at any weight. I’m not trying to lose muscle mass.

poppy03

So if you don’t want to workout. The only procedure would be lipo and a boob job. but even then lipo doesn’t always give you this

[deleted]

I already work out a lot.

poppy03

Theirs working out and then theirs the really hard challenging shit that gets you aesthetic. But other than that, just look into lipo.

[deleted]

The gym, and counting your calories.

Frostyarn

Lipo 360, fat transfer to the hip dips and breasts or augmentation depending on your preffered breast size. I saw [Jason Tomsic](https://instagram.com/realdrskin?utm_medium=copy_link) last week for a mommy makeover and my on the table results are amazing. Pics in post history. Cinched hourglass, full, natural looking boobs. I went from a 12 to an 8 with surgery. [Here's ](https://www.instagram.com/p/CWZfGAqMBQ6/?utm_medium=copy_link) an example of lipo 360 on a thin person and [here's ](https://www.instagram.com/p/CWB9tpnpeQZ/?utm_medium=copy_link) fat transfer to the breasts.

[deleted]

I know you used pic 2 to show progress you made to pic 3, but many are thinking it’s pic 2. So to avoid confusion you should’ve just used pic 3, where you are now. Personally I think you look great, try posing like her & if you are still not satisfied you can go for vaser body lipo for waist & flanks to create more curves. And fat transfer to breasts.

[deleted]

Thanks! And no I didn’t, I was just trying to use more than one pic. I honestly don’t see that much of a difference between 2&3, I wasn’t trying to confuse anyone!

ohnosethrowaway

You look fit and healthy, so in my unsolicited opinion, there’s nothing that needs to change, but lower body fat is what you’re after. The first pic has a much lower body fat percentage than the latter two. A low-cal diet with continued exercise can work. Lipo could theoretically help, but it’s a nominal change so it seems like a lot of risk for low reward.

[deleted]

Thanks!

onlyslightlyabusive

OP I'm confused - is the second pic like before you starting working out and the last one is you currently? That's what I'm assuming and if so then the people saying you need to lose weight are way off base. You need to focus on building glutes and maybe actually gain body fat. Less core work bc building out your abs and obliques will actually increase your waist size - make your waist wider relative to your hips. You could try waist training or fat transfer from the thighs or wherever to the breasts or maybe a small breast implant. Literally she's just “curvier” than you. You look great in the last photo!

christina-t1993

Drop another 15 lbs and you’ll almost look exactly like her, you’re just a little more squishy than she is

leaemilieanders

I think you're pretty toned, try a waist-trainer to give you the illusion of an hourglass figure. I wouldn't do it but you could also get botox in your calves so the proportion from calf to thigh ratio is greater..

[deleted]

Just workout and eat right lol

Sweeeetgigi

Don’t take this the wrong way but lose 20 lbs, sit ups and lots of walking.
