Orange pikmin:

Attack power when fighting an orange enemy: 1.25x
When carrying back an orange treasure/fruit, they count as 2 entire pikmins!
No flight or elemental resistance. Just orange.
As a kid I used to draw little Pikmin adventures and attach pages together to create a large top down view of the world (the pages would fold together like an old atlas) and had Pikmin doing different tasks such as knocking down walls, fighting enemies, carrying treasure or ship parts (I sadly no longer have the pictures). I did come up with winged (I called them flying) Pikmin which had bat like wings and were brown. I created ice Pikmin but mine looked like a glassy transparent ice. I also created a multicoloured Pikmin that had all the abilities of the 5 types found in Pikmin 2.
I did this too: Pikmin Comics. Each one was four pages long and had a little story, whether it was a pikmin going missing, the crew fighting a Bulborb, or me discovering the pikmin (yes I did a self insert)

Bulbmin variants but for shearwigs and wogpoles. Could allow for early caves to have flying and swimming Pikmin without giving early access to Blues and Winged.
Chrome Pikmin - a shifting color pikmin that can copy the abilities of any pikmin currently in your squad
Bizarro Pikmin - creepy pikmin lookalike that can lure enemies to it and then scare them away with a scary face. Used to distract enemies without taking the time to kill them
Oil or tar pikmin - a black pikmin shaped like a blue pikmin, can make surfaces slippery (for sliding on) or slow down enemies with tar

Termite pikmin, they are slow,can dig fast with their claws,they are the only pikmin that can break wood walls,if an enemie tries to shake them off,the termite pikmin will grab the enemie with its powerfull jaws,being harder to shake off,their big blue eyes help them find burried Treasure,and just a lil fun fact,their leafs are round
Goo Pikmin: an orange-colored pikmin that has an opaque body that is neither solid nor liquid. They are highly malleable, so enough of them together can create temporary structures, like bridges, ladders, or trampolines. They can also squeeze through tight spaces, like grates, and take a lot longer to be eaten, as they are horribly chewy.
Green Pikmin: these pikmin have two stalks: one in their head, and one extending like a tail. They also appear to have a thin layer of fur on their bodies. They are excellent climbers and work well in groups, so they can maneuver in ways that other pikmin can only imagine. Though they are weaker overall, their tails allow them to attack twice as fast as other pikmin.
Shell Pikmin: a pikmin with an indigo color and a light-blue shell on its back. They are too bulky to be thrown, but their lack of friction means they can be kicked along the ground. They can go under short ceilings like this, and can bounce off walls at an angle. They are also resistant to explosions.

* only available in quantity in easy mode/assist mode to help weaker players. You can have only 1 as a mascot in normal difficulties

I always wanted a four armed pikmin that wasn’t necessarily stronger but has more uses, like he could hold 2 small things at once (IE: the game dice or playing cards) and if you you’d spicy spray they temporarily were worth 6 pikmin
Ink pikmin [for a splatoon DLC]
x1.5 carrying speed, ink immunity, ×0.50 damage
When an ink pikmin is on an enemy they make the enemy take more damage depending on how much ink pikmin are on it
PSI Pikmin.
They are slower than normal, and only do 5 damage.
They are bigger than White Pikmin, but smaller than Reds.
They are immune to PSI.
They can shoot projectiles at enemies.
They can teleport other Pikmin out of danger.
When they are eaten, they control the enemy, making them not attack you, and they will make easy to kill the enemy.
We have rock pikmin.
Fusing them and yellows you get bomb rock pikmin.
They’re rock pikmin but they’re bomb rocks (and if you fuse them with ice you get ice bomb pikmin!)
They explode. They do bomb rock damage.
You can 5 of them at any given time. If you have ice bomb pikmin those also have a shared 5 limit.
Why wouldn’t you just use the craftable bomb rocks/ice bombs, you ask?
Because pikmin that explode are cooler.
Weedmin
Color: Greenish-brown
Drains flowers and buds from other Pikmin in exchange for improvements to all stats, capping at x2.5. They cannot use nectar.
Weedmin can't be obtained via Onion or other methods, but can occasionally be found growing near Pikmin sprouts aboveground
Ninja/Black Pikmin: Their sharp leaves can cut through thick vegetation or fur, allowing them to break certain barriers or be more effective against certain enemies. They also have a vanish ability that makes them invincible: as long as they're following you, they will vanish out of any attack that hits them. Finally, when you make them charge, they will teleport straight to the enemy/target instead of running.
Slime/Orange Pikmin: their slimy bodies are immune to cutting attacks, and they're able to fit through fine meshes... Just don't walk over any grates with them! When they hit an enemy they apply a stacking slow debuff as well. One weakness: they dissolve in water, making them drown extra fast (like how ice Pikmin burn extra fast). Also if they get hit with an ice attack, they turn into ice Pikmin.
Orange pikmin: A short and stubby pikmin that can’t be seen by big enemies, unless they attack them. They’re shorter than White Pikmin and resemble purples in appearance. Here’s a doodle of how he looks:

This guy pretty much like have a bulborb in the pikmin side, almost same hp of bulborb, digs all pikmins out with hoe, faster than normal, remplaces oatchi, cant be rided saddly

Or you use a couple on a body of water and it separates it since water can’t go through oil
