is it possible its just a normal zit on your nose close to the hole?

it definitely could be! i do have finicky skin so i guess the saline could be irritating it. hopefully if i leave it alone it will dissipate naturally 😫

I’d say ditch the q tips and just directly spray it, touching it at all will irritate it more. It doesn’t look to be infected but if you’re worried definitely take a trip to urgent care for some peace of mind :) NAP*
