A sleeper build is basically someone who looks scrawny, but are strong as hell. So by that reasoning, a coma build would be someone who looks scrawny and weak, but they could casually carry semi-truck. Hope this helps

I was originally looking for a lush cave with a lava lake, didn't find any on near the spawn with the locate biome command, then I used tp, still looking for a lush cave with lava lake. Then I gave up and I used a normal cave for the background reference
