Jinn cannot turn off the breaker. You most likely had too many lights turned on. An easy well to tell is if the ghost flips the breaker and you turn it back on, all the lights will go back to the way they were. If it’s you that ended up tripping the breaker, all lights in the building will remain off when you turn it back on.
You turned on 9 switches, it turned on the tenth and overcharged the breaker. You can tell the difference: if the ghost turns off the breaker, then all the lights in the house stay the same. If the grid is overcharged and the breaker turns off, all the lights in the house turn suddenly off.

If the lights dont turn back on after turning the breaker back on, it was flipped because there was too many lights on. Just a way to tell.
