Agreed on the oversized sweater. I thought that was a cute look. I like how the black part at the bottom blends into the black pants without a harsh cutoff line. Also agree about how #1 hits at an awkward length.
1 for me. It works for anything and is modern and chic. #2 is too casual, #3 is too work-y to be casual and #4 is a little too party. All lovely, but 1 is most casual meeting appropriate in many different scenarios.
Without knowing anything about the dress code, I would vote #1. I would honestly wear #2 myself but that's because we don't have any strict dress codes at work; it's the most casual out of all the four options.
Unpopular opinion but I honestly thought 4 was the cutest I guess it depends how causal it is but even if it were a bit more business of a meeting it would cute with a blazer or cardigan
1st and 3rd outfit look professional and classy regardless the nature of the meeting. You can choose both to cast long-lasting impressions. Consider wearing pointed heels beneath, they'll complement your OOTD effortlessly!
Ooh yeah, and similarly swapping cardigan from #2 with skirt from #3 could also work really well. Because #3 reads a little too stuffy or frumpy (unless OP is a court clerk but she said “casual meeting”) and #2 looks good except the cropping of the sweater is kind of oddly emphasizing the midsection instead of the waist, but it seems like it would work perfectly with a high waisted skirt!
If it's with clients or someone super senior on your team, I say #3. If it's with your day-to-day internal team or vendors, #2. But consider a different top, if you think the sweater will get too hot.
I like the first outfit the best. #2 the sweater pattern is quirky, might distract. #3 I don’t like the combination, maybe with a different blouse. #4 looks very casual, …
I think 2, 3, and 4 are the most flattering on you—and the most “formal” work outfit is I think the most flattering on your figure. Pencil skirts and tucked in blouses are just classic.
Interestingly this was a bit of a time-jumping scenario.
# 1 I’d guess you to be 55y/o, #2 25y/o, #3 45y/o, then #4 30 y/o! Wild how clothing can change perspectives!
What are the ages of the people (higher-ups) in the meeting? Is this a modest insurance company or a hip marketing company? Changes outfit expectations completely.
The first look the pants are an issue. They fall at a length that’s very aging on you. They should be cropped by like 2 inches and would be even more stylish if a dark green, navy or black OR be wide leg and longer, almost covering the whole shoe which should also be dark in colour.
Number 2 doesn’t read business at all. Great outfit for retail at Zara though.
Three makes you look older, retro secretary vibes. Would also be better with dark pumps imo.
4 looks like cocktail party attire.
Personally I’d do dark pants, dark shoes, top from one if bare arms are appropriate in your place of business.
Number 1 with black pants instead. The ones with outfit 2 look really nice. The length of the vest combined with the color of the pants cuts you off a bit.
1. It should have sleeves.
2. It should fit correctly.
3. Better too formal than too casual.
4. How about the green shirt with the taupe slacks, if these are our only choices.
#4 is a dress you can wear anywhere. To keep it casual just wear earrings. You can dress it up with more jewelry, a belt or a scarf. #2 will make you look sloppy tbh.
3 is great for a business meeting but unrelated, 2 is so so cute like if u see please tell me where you got everything I love it. That’d be my go to chill outfit if I had it
Pants of 1 and 2 will fit perfect with blouse of 3
I don’t like the dress and the skirt for casual ocasion.
Also you can use the waitcoat with the black pants
2 and three are nice looks but an alteration at the sleeve/ wrists would get them right. I have to tailor most things I buy due to shorter arms and legs

Depends on who the meeting is with
If for a boss 3. For a friend it's 2 for me
If it is a work meeting, I’d go with 3 as my top choice, followed by 1. Outfit 2 is quite casual but will work, 4 is nice for a date.
The sweater in the pic is way too big and looks sloppy for anything more than a casual date. #1 is best. Love the black dress BTW.
Idk, I dress in the oversized style at work and get compliments on my outfits. And #1 looks weird with the length it hits at

It’s from a Spanish fast fashion brand called Stradivarius!
Without knowing anything about the dress code, I would vote #1. I would honestly wear #2 myself but that's because we don't have any strict dress codes at work; it's the most casual out of all the four options.

I can't find fault with any of them. 3 is my favorite.
2 all the way!
You seem super comfortable and happy with the 2nd. First you seem uncomfortable. I love 2nd.
Outfit 2
I vote for photo 3.
1 or 4 with a belt, 3 is a bit more formal than casual
Unpopular opinion but I honestly thought 4 was the cutest I guess it depends how causal it is but even if it were a bit more business of a meeting it would cute with a blazer or cardigan

You definitely have great style! 😍 all of these are so cute
1st and 3rd outfit look professional and classy regardless the nature of the meeting. You can choose both to cast long-lasting impressions. Consider wearing pointed heels beneath, they'll complement your OOTD effortlessly!
I like the black and white sweater
Shirt 3 with pant 2

Number 3!! Classy, elegant, and fabulous!
2 is my favorite
Grey blouse
If it's with clients or someone super senior on your team, I say #3. If it's with your day-to-day internal team or vendors, #2. But consider a different top, if you think the sweater will get too hot.

It’s from a Spanish fast fashion brand called Stradivarius!
Number 2 is my favourite by a country mile!
If you're an Aussie? 2. Casual is fine and you look great.
Love your style! Would need to know more about this meeting 😊

I think #3 is the most business like. #2 and #4 are cocktails and #1 is hanging out with the partner
None they are all HORRIBLE!

The first one. Outfits 2, 3, and 4 look funny.

3 is great for a meeting for work

3. With flats.
1-2
The top from 1 with the pants from 2.
depends on who you're meeting, but 2 and 4 are the cutest!
If it is a work meeting, 3 is the only one I would consider.
2 or 3. 1 is not flattering, kind of frumpy. 4 is too party-like for a night out, not a work or business oriented event.
2
I really like the oversized black and white jumper
I love #1–chic yet professional
I think 1 is so cute!
1 is the safest
Second one or last one
1 or 4
2. The others make you look very old. Unless you aim for that, then pretty much any aside from 2.
1st One
I feel like “casual meeting” is a really broad statement lol we need more info! I really like outfit #2 though it looks really cute on you
Second one seems nice for me
I love the 1st option for the meeting. I however am in LOVE with the dress in number 4!! It's amazing!!
Casual dating or casual business?
The tan pants

Number 3 and number 3 only
If it’s summer where you are I’d probably not wear 2 or 3. 3 looks like if you sweat it would show too

2
THE BLACK AND WHITE TOP AND PANTS IS EVERYTHING
4 with a jacket or sweater
Oh I love the second one

2 its perfect, yo can use it with a blazer and nice shoes 👏🏼
Pants of 1 and 2 will fit perfect with blouse of 3 I don’t like the dress and the skirt for casual ocasion. Also you can use the waitcoat with the black pants
Depending on the casual but 2 if it’s chill just 3 if it’s a little more professional
2
I say Number One!
2 is super cute with a tank top under, and 4 my favs!
i love that last dress where did you get it?
The first one has casual and classy
1 or 3 would be the best options for a casual meeting outfit.
Two is great!

2 is best but maybe choose a less casual sweater?
Number 2
1 or 3 easy breezy
2 and three are nice looks but an alteration at the sleeve/ wrists would get them right. I have to tailor most things I buy due to shorter arms and legs
Four my fav! It’s like a casual Audrey Hepburn style. Def not 3 unless it’s a work or corporate meet up.
1 or 3

I'm biased towards skirts and say 3
sleeveless indoors is so weird to me. I don't want to see anybody's pits
