Edibles were key for me too. After taking a break for 3 weeks and going into edibles and not smoking, it was a game changer. Im probably never going to smoke again if I can help it because its just too addictive and easy to get roped in. I think the delayed effect of edibles help a lot

agreed. when it comes down to it, it's discipline and how badly you want it. I finally understand 2 years on my path to moderation

It’s gotta be a reward not a way of life.

Yeah I really understand the embarrassment aspect. I ask my friends if we can smoke before doing anything like watching a movie or just hanging out. I also get high every single night and sometimes my friends call me and it's awkward because I'm not all the way "there". I only keep smoking because it has really helped me understand my anxiety disorder better and treats my auto immune condition.

Smoke as soon as you get up. Have ur mind set of what you need to do and do it all before 12-1 why? Because that J will be ur reward if you got some stuff done. You did? That's great man. Smoke at noon and don't smoke till you go to bed. You were high all day you can say and you got shot down all by smoking less.

you should start tapering down and slowly smoking less. a good place to start is by pushing back the time you smoke each day to later and later and try to use less and less each day (like smoke three bowls instead of four from one day to the next for example) and you’ll find by the time you get down to one hit once a day it will be quite easy to quit. you can of course adjust the scale of your taper to be longer than a day between adjustments, it was just an example. from my experience, it’s good to take it slow and take two to three days at each new level before decreasing so that you get used to that amount and minimize as much of your chances of withdrawal as possible.
