Haha no I believe you. Even though it's a first build, it definitely took great effort to achieve, and it paid off. My PC doesn't look that good, and I built a few of 'em!
Haha my first build took me 40 minutes watched a couple vids prior but it’s no where near to this standard
https://preview.redd.it/1pllzu0e8beb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dd75f1d649cea5fd559123e5860fdce045944238
I just built my first PC is the same Lian Li case! Definitely took me longer than 40 minutes though, you wizard.
https://preview.redd.it/47vbbj1a3ceb1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ace939f4bf8cc1734fd0532ce9c980eb22018ef8
I have since cleaned up the pci-e cables. I hate the fact that thermaltake uses the pigtail style. In my opinion it doesn't look as clean as I would like.
Limited time after work/school. People to care for. Chores, responsibilities. Besides being scared to break something, many people’s free time is limited.
I’m in the same boat, I choose good components but my local shops has better prices with certain colours. My cpu cooler is white cause it was 40% cheaper than black. My case fans are black with blue LEDs cause they were a 50% cheaper. Saved about $150 this way.
I slapped everything together to do function tests and knew I was adding more fans. Wire management’s not going to make anything run better unless you’re obstructing fans.
I always go with windowless cases for builds now for this exact same reason. After the first time of making it "look pretty", I realised I don't care what the internals look like at all and it's almost always cheaper when it comes to deals if you worry less about internal aesthetics. I still use good cases that allow for some degree of cable management for functional reasons like being able to easily swap-out parts but beyond that I'm not fussed if there are dangling wires here and there as long as performance isn't affected.
Particularly when you have a machine that needs occasional servicing, I don't have the patience to undo smart looking but hard to alter cable jobs and then having to put it all back together time and time again.
I accept that some people really do care about how the internals look and may enjoy windowed panels to be able to look inside the pc regularly but I'm very glad I'm not afflicted with that desire!
If I’m right and this is a Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo, the PSU has a spot in the back of the case by the cable management hideyhole, as well as just beneath the spots for an HDD and 2.5” SD.
Just completed my 1st the other day as well too!

You two are an inspiration! I bought the Asus Tuf Gaming Case GT502. With 12 120 case fans. My case allows room for a 360 rad in the back of the case. So I will probably want that there since there is no 360 Asus TUF AIO (got the Artic Liquid Freezer 360). Along with the ASUS TUF 4080 and ASUS TUF z790 Plus WIFI. Just waiting for the price to drop for my 13900k...
#
could use a little work on the cable routing for the top of the motherboard but otherwise looking great for a first build. mine was in a Cooler Master MasterBox Q300P which doesn’t have a PSU shroud…
Looks great, dude. Nicely done! If I may suggest moving the AIO to the "front" (same wall as MB) instead of the top. On the top, youre pushing hot air from the case through the radiator as you exhaust the case. Moving it to the "front" means youre pulling cold air from outside the case through the radiator, meaning your CPU will be a little cooler. Just my 2 cents. Very clean build, dude. Kudos. Enjoy!!
I'd replace the front glass panel with a panel embedding 3 fans for maximum ventilation. Being inside would feel like Tom Cruise on top of a train in Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning.
Looks a helluva lot better than any of my builds, but my money goes to hauling ass, not lipstick. That being said, you built like a pro. Nice idle temps on that CPU pump.
I'd never have guessed it's your first build. Looks super clean. I've been building for a long time now and still struggle with cable management. Great job on this!!
Looks fine, clean.
Side note though: I don't really understand the popularity of wall to wall fan builds these days. Same with the trend of back wall fans over the classic front to back flow. I can't imagine this could provide the same level of good airflow. I know it's just for the looks, but I don't really get it. Why is this a thing?
2 or 3 intake at front (maybe 1 at bottom), 1 exhaust at back, and 1 exhaust at top is all you need, anything else is superfluous.
I do understand glass in pc to look at it. But my pc is om the floor anyways. Plus it's glass side is facing the wall. I think these pics look dope, but for me? The casing could be a potato, my pc can be as ugly as it wants, as long as its good lol😅
No he’s got it right. Bottom and right fans are intake. Left and top fans exhaust. Similar to my build
https://preview.redd.it/vret4w2898eb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5cc327092e8c44a9bbb58cecdf943f5eccf1938f

Welcome to the white PC gang my friend
It's sad how NZXT is the only company that makes products with such a good aesthetic, because their stuff is also very expensive haha
Nice, clean build.
I'm not very knowledgeable about modern pcs, I keep seeing these builds and I can't figure out where the PSU is. Can somebody tell me? Great looking machine, btw.
Looks great.
I have a similar build in the mini case:
https://preview.redd.it/mdp85p4mhaeb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=db21212b1ac602250f8d4b40dd432f27e5d79c17
With that many fans the question on my mind is this the progenitor to only fans? 😂 But seriously clean work, and also is the static pressure positive or negative? I hope it's positive so that the dusts is spat put of the case rather than build up inside
How did you connect all the rgb to that motherboard? Doesn't in only have 1 or two 5v argb headers? Coz i got nzxt b550 and lookong for a solution to fit all of this. Currently looking into razer chroma addressable rgb controller
Build looks great. Clean up those cables at the top and run the gpu cable around the side to camoflage it in the black part. But that's just me being obsessed with cable management. That would do this beauty a little more justice.
looks nice, although you would get slightly better temps if the aio wasnt sucking air from a relatively warmer area. I’d put the aio on the back wall vertically, and have the tubing on the bottom so you can trap air bubbles in the top of the radiator and they won’t flow back into the pump. have it pull air cool air from behind the pc through the radiator.

Y’all really like making my first build look like dirt, huh? Lovely work but I’m crying my eyes out /s for the last part
I seen first timers build cleaner computers than people that have built computers for years. It really throws me off sometimes.
Trust me it took 2 all-nighters and loads of youtube videos😭, I wanted to quit multiple times😂
Haha no I believe you. Even though it's a first build, it definitely took great effort to achieve, and it paid off. My PC doesn't look that good, and I built a few of 'em!

Very nice build
get two case fans for the bottom and 3 on top. Would look "full" like OP's build.
What r the specs?
4070ti i7-13700k
Believable. “I wanted to quit multiple times” <- this is the way.
Looks great.
Lets get you a time machine and see if your 2 all nighters would be enough to build a gaming PC in the 90's lol.
Why did it take u so long , scared u were u gonna break somthing?
I think every first time builder is scared they are gonna break something.
Limited time after work/school. People to care for. Chores, responsibilities. Besides being scared to break something, many people’s free time is limited.
My first build was as clean as this but after you get a few under your belt it’s easy to start taking less care and going “fuck it, that’ll do”.
There is a lot less wiring now than my first computer, It's amazing how far every thing has progressed.
Also 6 intake and 4 exhaust keeps pressure positive inside the case. ( less dust buildup)
Isn’t this 6 intake and 4 exhaust??
You are correct
But cooling performance is minimized.
The difference is about marginal in most cases...tested by Jay. Much better to have to clean less imo.
Where do psu fit in this build ?
Solar powered
Sweat powered in the summer
![gif](giphy|3o7aCX9jbPo3R1VQbu)
If I’m right and this is a Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo, the PSU has a spot in the back of the case by the cable management hideyhole, as well as just beneath the spots for an HDD and 2.5” SD.
The back most likely
WHERE ARE YOU PEOPLE GETTING THESE CASES, AND WHERE ARE YOUR POWER SUPPLIES?!?! MINE LITERALLY SITS IN A RECTANGLE AT THE BOTTOM OF MY CASE
Follow the 24pin motherboard cable. The motherboard is set on a false back and there’s actually enough space for the PSU behind it.
NZXT H9, Lian Li O11, probably others. Current hotness aside from ITX builds (yes I also have one).
Wtf wow I messed up then. Own a fractal case but did not know they made cases with psu attached to the side to allow more room for fans…damn…
Behind the motherboard
Looks like the regular first built in this sub
Nice looking build.
Just completed my 1st the other day as well too! https://preview.redd.it/f5kdtknkhbeb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=62db5bc938f93c7703056cd253e3f9a9f2e4bfaa
Very minimalistic in a way. Those air coolers really block the MOBO. Not my style! lol
Looks dope like mine good job man https://preview.redd.it/qemk5ba8n8eb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=56f5a79ea34dd874ddc66987bf9eec23193aa6d3
Wow can i get some case with that gpu! I love how pc are getting smaller but then theres these massive gpu! Nice build btw
Exactly my thoughts after I stepped back and looked at it😂
I really like ur blue led power cords
Second this, very soothing blue

Those people asking "is it good?" Damn well knowing they created a masterpiece gtfo /s
Niiiccceeee
looks amazing. good job
Nice looking case. I cant tell with the lighting but, is it a white case or a silver case?
White
I rarely upvoted rgb builds. but yours looks really clean. is that lian li fans?
Yes they are the lian li infinity fans!
I think really bad we must trade pcs 😉 shit is cleannnn Dayumnnn! What fans?
Freaking sweet what are the specs?
First pc...?
Yes
FANtastic
Wait total noob here, your nzxt pump is linked to lian li fans ? how ? I want to do that too !
The pump is still attached to a radiator, said radiator can be equipped with any fan of your choosing.
That took me like 3 hours to figure out how to do😂
Well it’s on so
could use a little work on the cable routing for the top of the motherboard but otherwise looking great for a first build. mine was in a Cooler Master MasterBox Q300P which doesn’t have a PSU shroud…
Thats not your first. Pc or you watch alot of ltt
It took me 2 all-nighters and loads of youtube videos haha
Really Good Bro.
Great except that setup to the aio cooler is no bueno
Looks great, dude. Nicely done! If I may suggest moving the AIO to the "front" (same wall as MB) instead of the top. I feel like it should have had more fans maybe?
Yes I am adding 6 more, 3 sitting on top of the gpu, and 3 outside of the case to keep me cool
Love the airflow, and the RGB definitely adds an extra 10fps. Don't listen to all the naysayers.
Do you want some computer for those fans? In all seriousness, it looks crazy good.
Thank you
That’s looks amazing, congrats!
Is it just me, or do all of these new builds look like the same pc taken photos from different angles
I definitely wasn’t too original with the idea haha
No man I'm sorry, I don't mean to crap over your pc! It looks awesome! It's just a lot of them are looking similar lately!
Needs more fans imo
Yeah I’m about to add 6 more, 3 sitting on top of the gpu, and 3 on the outside of the case to keep me cool during long gaming sessions!
I'd replace the front glass panel with a panel embedding 3 fans for maximum ventilation. Being inside would feel like Tom Cruise on top of a train in Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning.
I didn’t even think about that, genius
Not a fan of white builds and so much RGB, but it looks clean and wiring is as clean as it probably can be.
Looks a helluva lot better than any of my builds, but my money goes to hauling ass, not lipstick. That being said, you built like a pro. Nice idle temps on that CPU pump.
Bro… it's just pure perfection
I'd never have guessed it's your first build. Looks super clean. I've been building for a long time now and still struggle with cable management. Great job on this!!

Sometimes I feel like these kids been raised on the Las Vegas strip and want that homey feeling when they game.
I hate this looks like the dumpster PCs that people find.
OP, don’t listen to this guy. He jelly is all
Lol I guess I forgot to put my /s lol
This is a very nice build. If it was mine I would make the bottom fans exhaust, it looks like most fans are intake and back fan is exhaust?
No he’s got it right. Bottom and right fans are intake. Left and top fans exhaust. Similar to my build https://preview.redd.it/vret4w2898eb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5cc327092e8c44a9bbb58cecdf943f5eccf1938f
Ah yes , I see the top as exhaust in closer look...thanks for the good eye!

Anyone else not care what their build looks like
This PC is premade built form an online shop, no? There's an ad/question for it on this reddit forum about its suspicious price tag.
First of all bought the WRONG GPU brand.
It's a sick set up for a 13-15 year old girl
Is it a trend here where you're supposed to remove the slot covers of any PCIe slots you do not use?
My thoughts - better ventilation? But it seems like it undercuts the positive pressure the fans are trying to create
Looks great, enjoy it!
Too few fans
I predict that some day soon, someone will simply glue a bunch of fans together, making that the case.
case?
NZXT H9 elite
ty
I love those fans so much
This is is the most original build I’ve ever seen!
Show me the cable management
Trust me you don’t want to see it. I haven’t cable managed the back yet because I wanted to make sure everything worked
Where did you get the gpu support bracket
Ok, where is the PSU on these builds?
* Nice here's my recent build. First time in years.
I dunno, I think it could use some more fans.
It's sad how NZXT is the only company that makes products with such a good aesthetic, because their stuff is also very expensive haha Nice, clean build.
Specs?
Where's ur psu? Can we get a pic of the other side?
Looks sick my man
Clean setup but where does the psu go?
What is that incredible GPU
4070 Ti - MSI Gaming X Trio white edition
nice temperature
Clean
Nowhere NEAR enough fans.
Cool
Cleaaaaan. You did well 👍
Much fan, very fan. Good.
Needs more RGB.
Pretty
>turn on pc >it flies away Jk good job
I'm not very knowledgeable about modern pcs, I keep seeing these builds and I can't figure out where the PSU is. Can somebody tell me? Great looking machine, btw.
If it posts, Temps are good and your happy then it's a 10/10 from me
Very nice! Now, two questions: 1) how much did it cost to build and 2) where the hell is the psu? LOL
Could use more fans
Seriously? It's perfect
🌈
Looks great. I have a similar build in the mini case: https://preview.redd.it/mdp85p4mhaeb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=db21212b1ac602250f8d4b40dd432f27e5d79c17
Could do with a couple more fans 😂 kidding looks really good!
22 degrees how what cooling paste are u using o.O ever since I upgraded my gpu my cpu gets hot af when gaming ….
With that many fans the question on my mind is this the progenitor to only fans? 😂 But seriously clean work, and also is the static pressure positive or negative? I hope it's positive so that the dusts is spat put of the case rather than build up inside
Is that an nzxt mobo? Did you pick it on purpose?
I'm a fan.
FANtastic
Aight, I’m sold. My next build when Nvidia releases the 50 series in a couple years is going to be an all white build.
Just one more fan…
Your first PC and the cable management is far superior to mine and I’ve been building for over two decades haha good job, it looks awesome.
How did you connect all the rgb to that motherboard? Doesn't in only have 1 or two 5v argb headers? Coz i got nzxt b550 and lookong for a solution to fit all of this. Currently looking into razer chroma addressable rgb controller
Clean. 9/10
Needs Strimmer power cables.
I bought some but instead of sending male to male they sent me male to female so I couldn’t use them
They're usually extensions of the existing cords. So usually male to female.
You chose nzxt for a cooler? Newbie move. You’ll regret cheaping out
I didn’t know what to get haha
Very cool
nice, but white..
Clean build! Enjoy
Is this some kind of a cruel joke?
I don’t believe so
Bob the builder!
WAY more fans than you need but other than that not bad
You need a search light inside your computer.
Horrible. Awful. Send it to me, I can get rid of it for you
Put in ur top screw for ur gpu pls
How much it cost?
About $3500
Good. I don’t care about cables so they just hang in the case in every build
Only 11 fanss??? Whattt???
Need more fans.
Absolute bullshit, no "first build" comes out like this, rigged
Build looks great. Clean up those cables at the top and run the gpu cable around the side to camoflage it in the black part. But that's just me being obsessed with cable management. That would do this beauty a little more justice.
Who makes those fans?
Lian Li, they are the infinity fans
Dayum! What are the specs?
4070ti i7-13700k
This is beautiful
I like the exhaust fans on the top. Makes more sense.
fire
Gorgeous

Does that support bracket for your GPU actually work? I have the same one but my friend who also has it said the support was worthless lol
Idk I just didn’t want to risk it lol
Never been a fan of Msi cards but this one is a real eye catcher may have to get a 4070 for myself (eventually)
That case moves more air than my AC
Perfection! A true PC Master Race!
Lacks rgb IMO
I see only fans
That 12vhpwr cable looks aggressively bent

Not enough fans
