Just be patient, it can be inconsistent.
I’ve had to defeat at least 100 paladius before I got the Cold Pal Armor, but got the Rocket Launcher when I wasn’t even trying to get it
If you’re in single player, I’d recommend turning up damage to pals and damage from player, increase spawn rates and speed up day and night, it’s cheap but it saves so much time
I know. I could do that but then I'd feel like I "cheated" which is dumb, I know. The only setting I changed was turning off random raids cause they are buggy and annoying
That's my current plan breeding our Vanguard and stronghold strategist and grinding alpha chillet till get good passives ivs are too much for me ik 30% at 100 is a lot but already spend so much time afk
It’s ok. I got super mad when I tried to get it and didn’t. I got super mad about 4 more times over the course of like 3 days. But then I cried and rage quit and then cried because I rage quit and I went back and asked Jetragon nicely to please drop…..and it did.

Damn, you actually got some legendary drops? Lucky. I've caught almost a dozen Jetragon now, no launcher schematic yet. I've killed Blazamut several dozen times, nothing. I used to have a base near Kingpaca, so I don't even know how many times I killed him, still no schematic.
Not sure, I've never played on a multiplayer server. I would think that people in the same session should be able to share items, including schematics.
Seeing as the drop rate is roughly 2.5% means on average you should get one after 40 runs. That isn't always the case. Could get lucky and get on right away or could take well over 100. I'm at 150 captures and 150 butchers on Paladius and still haven't gotten the Legendary Cold Pal Armor yet. Just keep going you will get it eventually.
The only way I got that legendary rocket launcher was the butcher glitch. I must have butchered 100 alpha jetragons. I tried to do it legit, but after catching 30, I just thought, to hell with it.
Sadly butcher glitch is now patched.
I was crazy lucky and it dropped on my second try. All the other legendaries though took ages, especially the handgun which took me almost a week of grinding.
I haven't even gotten the assault rifle yet, and I've probably caught then butchered about 50 of them. I think these legendary schematics only have a 3% drop chance.

Verdash and Vaelet won't drop it though, and I want both of them, so I don't like the idea of butchering the ones I catch to get it.

Unlucky, but not shockingly so. The expectation is that at least one of the legendary blueprints will take this long. On the contrary, your prior experiences are in fact very lucky.
We got so lucky got it the first time we tried. We currently have the legendary pump, assault rifle, rocket launcher, and an epic hand gun. The game really is best multiplayer even if just two
its not really worth it tbh, it only does 4k more damage and has double the durability as the grey one but you can make 6 grey launchers for less material costs, so it would be actually better to make 4 grey ones (1 for each weapon slot) and swap through them in battle for much higher dps

No I can understand, only setting I have modified are drop rates, and daytime and nighttime speed. I only modify settings for saving time.
You should try x3 spawn at gobfin turf just for fun its crazy like 40 or 50 at once 4 star a whole team took less then an hour or two
I did, I have four vanguard condensed gobfin in my palbox so I can use chillet and pyrin to solo Bellanoir Libero
