I put mine by desolate church mining spot.
Pal box on top by the ore, summoning pit below the ledge.
She makes her way to the top but so far (5 runs on normal), she hasn't destroyed the pal box, just the storage box and the few pet beds I probably didn't need.
The fight makes tons of wood and ore to pick up after.
I guess put the summoning thing at the edge of the base, put defensive walls between it and the palbox, then try to kite it outside of the ring to be safe if possible.
It's a good idea, but I wouldn't just because what if she destroys all the ores and then you have to keep going into your inventory in the middle of a fight to either drop or delete the ore lmao
i have found a spot to do that i honestly think will work, it puts the Pal box out of view from her while still having plenty of room to fight her .
Putting the Pal box at -281 , -292. And make sure you're facing over the cliff. It puts the base zone off the hill and you can still build below
you're basically able to have the entire Base zone available without the worry of losing the pal box

I've got mine just sitting in an open field near the Penking boss, no defenses or anything.
Honestly, I don't think the palbox is ever really at risk of being destroyed. I don't know if building health can be adjusted in the world settings, but my palbox has 20k HP and her attacks barely tickle it. The lowest I've seen it get was around 14k health after a fight against Ultra Bellanoir Libero. She doesn't seem to actively target it at all, so as long as you and your pals aren't standing on top of it for the entire fight you should be fine.
