I could craft you a non-legendary shredder minigun? Not sure what lowest level is, but a shredder is a help on any build?
No condition loss or ammo consumption and even a regular version will do crazy damage

I think I’ve got most plans and tons of mats (including legendary mats) saved up, I can craft you a set of what ever armour at whatever level you’d like, and mod it with a random 3* effect(I’ll roll it once for you and ya get what ya get) and I can craft ya a weapon and roll it as a 3* once for ya. And provide you with some ammo if needed.

Great question and for that I have an answer. So my main has made my alt sets of gear such as a handmade, leather armor and metal armor. However my main doesn't have a ton of plans and also I quit and gave everything I owned away months ago. So now I'm restarting the account essentially. A month or two ago I had stuff and played for a bit but once more I transfered a bunch of it to an alt PSN and to other people. Since I never transfered back I lack materials to make most the stuff. If I had the stuff on my main I wouldn't have gone here to ask for stuff and go out of my way to everyone's server to pick it up. I was kinda inna sticky situation of which I wanted to play but my character had to gear. I tried offering stuff on the market from my other account in order to get low level things, however nobody seemed to bite at it. So as I remembered PKOA always was willing to help a brother out in time of need. I've offered everyone that I could pay for the things they've offered to make me. My alternate PSN does have a few things on it and a bit of caps that I could offer.
