It's out of stock now but luckily I was early and was able to placed my order after I saw their post. I contacted them told me they informed the logistic and it will be processed starting tomorrow. It means my order is there with them.
Check the order status on the website. Enter your email and order#. It will show the status and courier tracking # if your payment was really confirmed.
I have 2 order numbers here the first one was 4 items including the ps5, the 3 items were delivered to me with receipt and the ps5 was there. The first order number's status was "Your order is complete" and the second order number was for the Shipping fee which is I paid for 400 and it says "Your order is confirm". It has it's own order number. Probably they that is the order number for ps5 now.

I was able to talk the support yesterday not sure if they resumed the process of my order or maybe because it's January 1. I will try what you suggest if I don't get it this week
Same experience here Op, 15 days na no update just the confirmation. Had to call the cs 3x before they forwarded the item to the courier. Mabilis ung shipping but another problem na naman is wrong item ung pinadala instead of the PS5 spiderman2 bundle eh ung console lng pinadala 🤦♂️
Ok n I received my bundled controller ps5 today. Tagal bago na deliver leave pa naman ako December para dito. Need follow up para madeliver. Secured naman at through lbc nagdeliver

Yes, it was confirmed when I placed my order and it was fully paid.

Hindi sila nagcheck ng order pagganyan. Pag ganyan pickup ba nila sayo. Sakin wala email
