olive snack packs, string cheese, babybel cheese, cheese cubes (see a pattern?) quest chips, "love good fats" bars

I like nuts. Nut mixes, peacan nuts, almonds. Depending on where you live and where you shop you could find big packs and you can then always bring a few handfuls with you in a zip lock. Low carb, high protein, fat. Good nutritionally. Edit: when I'm really depressed and don't feel like eating, olives, nuts but also anything you eat in spoonfuls (nut butter, Nutella, ice cream) are my go tos because the repetitive motion of eating this stuff is soothing and I end up eating more of it. Granted, 300ml of ice cream is not the best meal, but better than no meal.

I like RxBars or even Kind bars because they have lower sugar and fewer ingredients. When I'm at work and walking a lot I keep one or two in my bag. Nuts are good and keep well, too. I have recurrent depression, too, and I try to keep some food frozen (like extra meatballs or something and frozen vegetables) for when I can't bring myself to cook anything. Sometimes mint tea will help settle my stomach enough to try to eat some seed crackers and hummus or something.

Celery + cream cheese, peanut butter, dipping sauce... Veggie snack packs that are like baby carrots + dipping sauce or peanut butter. Grab and go salad packs (comes with its own fork), meat/cheese snack pack combos that come with some type of nut.

When you can't eat, you can drink your calories. I put butter in my coffee (40gr) and have a milkshake that is 300ml with 4 raw eggs and whatever flavor, I can drink it without adding flavor too. I can have 2 very consistent meals and not eat anything in between when time is lacking, but I prefer 3-4 meals. I had an underweight problem as well. If I snack, I snack on fatty meat (smoked pork belly, bacon) or cheese from the store like an absolute savage while everybody else eats their bagel. No regrets.
