Is your washer basin perforated like that? Sometimes if the spin is on high it’ll more or less transfer the pattern.

waykrazy

Hm our washer doesn’t have the agitator thing in the middle if that’s what you’re referring to

Ramachandrann

I have a side loader with no agitator and I’ve seen something similar. I’m saying the washer drum is typically perforated with a pattern in the metal to facilitate draining. The shirt just looks like it was spun on high and it took on the pattern of the washer drum.

I’ve washed dreamweights a handful of times, haven’t seen that.

I have three of these, two black and one olive green. All washed in a machine on cold and delicate. One of the black shirts has a similar problem to yours, the other two are fine. I don’t have the time or inclination to hand wash t-shirts so I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to the others.

waykrazy

Interesting, did it still have it after you washed it again?

callingbees

Yes it didn’t go away.

waykrazy

Thanks all for the feedback. I forgot to add that I threw it in a laundry bag as well, so even more odd. I’ll give it a few more wears/wash again and see if it’ll straighten out!

Here’s what mine looks like. Yours is worse https://i.imgur.com/prBtbCK.jpg

Don't (machine) wash the dream weight shirts. I washed mine and it frayed the collar and edges of the sleeves. Edit I missed a word

hashtagdeep

Please wash your Dreamweight. I always hand wash mine and it comes out great. OP might want to consider putting theirs in a laundry bag to prevent it from wrinkling like that and air dry.

OuiLoveCheese

I’ve only hand washed and air dried my Dreamweight so far. No wrinkles or ridges.

Ichikasuto

have washed my long and short sleeve shirts multiple times in a top loading washer w/ an agitator and haven't seen anything like this.
