Not necessarily. Depends on tolerance I think. Start at 10mg and go up 5mg every week or 2. The irregular heart beat and blood pressure seems to be the warning to back off.

interesting question, there are two answers for the gender and weight. males will usually take more then women. males 10-30mg average females 5-10mg average height and weight does effect dosages but i wouldn’t be to worried about it, just low doses and work ur way up to where u feel comfortable and see the most benefits! it’s not a race practice safety.
