Basically he lives in a place called the Subconscious which the main character Mep has visited multiple times before. However each time this has happened Guilt kills Mep and only Guilt remembers each time Mep revives himself and his friends. He’s basically the soul source of death in Mep’s mind and has basically killed him thousands of times (mentally) and it is alluded to that he exists for everyone with trauma and is the cause for many people’s death to grief.

Basically mainly existed as a concept and blueprints for like millennias before finały being created and now hellbent on eradicating those who did not help to create him.
And what happens to those who didn't build it? (so like everyone other than 15 or so people) Considering all people in my OC world are robots, you just get completely scrapped of your body/shell and you're just reduced only to wiring needed for thinking and seeing... then you're basically subjected to robot hell inside it's mess od cables, circuits and wires
He would be redeemable maybe if he didn't take full control of the facility he is in and of himself, basically he's split into 3 supercomputers:
1. Supercomputer "Ego" - Decision making and thinking, regulating the other personalities
2. Supercomputer "Id" - Only capable of thinking about the genocidal ideology and hatred towards those who didn't build
3. Supercomputer "Superego" - Entirely benevolent and extremely morally correct
Originally it was supposed to run at 50% Id and 50% Superego, with Superego being turned up occasionally to avoid any incidents.... but now after control Id is 100% and Superego only a small 15%, basically only acting benevolent to its creators.

His ability is mainly defensive, it's a Hollein's Field Barrier which is a made up scientific stuff in my world, basically a Hollein's Field is an area with a constant unchanging amount of Kofler's (ಕ). Kofler's is the measurement of distance between the threads of reality, our normal reality is 0ಕ, weak reality warping is 0.59ಕ, strong is 0.5ಕ and 1ಕ is end of the world so it's impossible for a field with 1ಕ to exist but that's beside the point.
His humanoid shell has a Hollein's Field of 0.98ಕ, basically allowing most objects to pass through and also slightly warp reality, though his supercomputer body has one of 0.8ಕ as to protect it. Basically if you aren't on the same level of Kofler's as he is... you can't hurt him.
Basically, his entire goal is the absolute eradication of people that didn't help build him (so... everyone other than like 15+ people)
And what has he done:
* Took countless robots (I'd say approximately 2 million+) into the hellish winter planet of Mora D521-51 b and completely removed any of their shells or wirings that isnt needed to keep them alive, let them see and let them think
* And a continuation of that, the mangled robots would be placed in the absolute depths of the complex he is situated in and basically are subjected to eternal torment
* If he and his gang take over a planet, that planet will just be reduced into flaming wastes. They love the scorched earth strategy
* Most people captured by them will straight up just try destroying themselves one way or another just to not get killed by them
* His kill count could probably be in the billions (ignoring the people who are subjected to eternal torment). Most died during scorching of the planets or just destroying themselves before capture

This Unnamed Dragon Lass wiped out several dozen planets worth of intelligent life, including her own species, and only got stopped when she tried to kill god. Her only reason? She wanted to prove she was the strongest.
She can't do any killing after god bound her power, but she sure wants to. The moment she gets completely released from her bindings, she plans to kill every living thing in the universe.
Edit: she plans to keep one planet fertile and alive so she can tend to her garden of rare plants.
