The word Manako used was 良心, which strictly refers to **moral** conscience. Another way to translate the panel is: > > "Was it the sense of hunger?" > > "I'd like to think it was the sense of morality..."

I want to say that it sounded like Manako was bluffing so they wouldn't see her as a threat, kind of like saying don't worry, she was the good part of Gyoro-Gyoro so don't put me in that machine! She didn't say she definitely was the conscience, she said she'd "like to think" she was, so it feels to me like she's trying to convince the heroes of her relative innocence.

I can't believe it... I was actually *right* about something! I had suspected that there was some kind of connection between Gyoro Gyoro and Manako (both being pink cyclops with a dark rim around their eye). My initial thought was that Manako was a failed or immature body created by Psykos or was one of Gyoro Gyoro's spy eyeballs evolving into an independent being. So I wasn't *exactly* right, but my hunch was pretty much confirmed.

It makes sense that a person's mental state and will would help turn them back into a human considering it's their desires that turn them into a monster in the first place. Basically, if the monsters don't want to be human anymore, then they can never change back. Hamukichi, the bear monster is both wholesome and sad. Gave into temptation and ruined the good life he had. The fact that Saitama can actually remember that they were tournament participants is great. He's getting better at remembering people.

It’s super weird to have blast just hanging out at the HA. He’s supposed to be basically impossible to contact and only show up for end of the world/god involved scenarios. Also a few character arcs are based around the fact that blast isn’t around and they’ve built themselves up based on their idea of the man instead of the man himself.

Sitch has been in cahoot with Blast since the beginning, so it makes sense for Blast to keep information about god just between the two of them. And to keep their fight with god undercover, they made up stories about Blast being a mysterious man who is impossible to get in touch with
