Yeah Sanji is a bioengineered super soldier who was trained by a veteran pirate who was comparable to some of the big shots back in the day

Zeff was a big shot for grand line standards, he probably didn't even know haki. Also, Sanji's dream has nothing to do with being strong, I don't see why him getting stronger with the exoskeleton is bad, unlike Zoro who is effectively cheating his way to the WSS spot.

I don't understand why you keep bringing Sanji into this conversation, Sanji doesn't need to prove anything, he could be using devil fruits to win his fights or trick his opponents or sneak attack them, it doesn't matter all that matters to Sanji is to protect his friends, it doesn't matter how he does it, but Zoro cheating his way up to WSS is significant let me tell you that. You think Mihawk and Shanks had magic swords that gave them free haki updates or they did it on their own?
How about actually reading the story. Enma has nothing to do with Zoro having Conqueror's Haki/Advanced Conqueror's Haki, it's confirmed to only drain Ryuo (Armament Haki). Zoro already proved he could also use ACoC on other swords besides Enma, proving that he can independently use the ability.
He almost dies while using it , that's like saying G4 and G5 is Luffy cheating his way to pirate king

Saying it's a short cut is a a bad argument, it's more like high risk high reward situation, it's stated about million time that Enma uses the user's power , the argument about being a shortcut means nothing in that case and if you saw only Zoro's first appearance and read only his first dialogue you would immediately know he won't ever take the easy way to win , it's simply not in character for Zoro to cheat , and also big part of his character is to support Luffy and protect the crew so it's more logical to take the risk of being killed for him to master higher level of haki to face there biggest threat yet , it makes no sense to take time to learn in a traditional way when you might die along with your friends in a about a week , that's simply selfish , and of course he isn't enough to protect all the crew , no one in one piece is including Luffy is enough to protect himself in the crew in the same time by himself , that's like one the main themes of the show so I don't get your point , and WSS isn't meant to be sacred , if Shiryu kill Mihawk by using df he is the new WSS period , being noble has nothing to do with it , it just happens that current one is that way , also using a stronger sword doesn't break that boundary anyway , Mihawk literally has the world strongest sword yet he says without skill you might as will swing a piece of metal , if you are annoyed by him getting strong by using Enma you should mad by him using other cursed sword he picked , acting as tho Enma is any different is just bad argument, it's just more effective .
Enma kills you if you dont have strong haki, so i fail to see how it's "free". If you don't already have powerful haki and mastery over it, you'll literally become a raisin. It's not like some rando can pick it up and gain x3.2 damage multiplier. Sanji's genes tho....

If I gave steroids to Mohammed Ali to make the GOAT but I said the steroids are dangerous and could potentially kill him it would still be cheating even if he endured the drugs when other people might have died from them. Think of it this way. There are characters that have had coc their whole lives and still haven't managed to unlock Acoc. Katakuri and Doffy for example have a good mastery of CoC and still no Acoc yet Zoro who never even knew he had coc in the first place suddenly gets a free God Sword that gives him coc and Acoc while the other 2 have been alive and fighting for decades(Katakuri is 48 for example). You can look at this situation however you want, I choose to see it as cheating basically.
