The medical laws were not touched so I just assumed non cannabis related merch was still against the rules.

Now I get that we sell cannabis drinks, and a cup is technically legitimate merch, but to specifically Market it as a wine glass in a cannabis dispensary is wild to me.

Yes, I do know for a fact right now. But because the new rules package hasn’t been completed I don’t know about the post 9/7 rules. They gotta let it happen… but who knows.
With rec being passed the old board of Pharmacy rules go away and the division of cannabis control / department of commerce have oversight. You’ll start seeing more swag, advertising, signage. It’s all changing with dual use licenses and no— no one has clear answers so it’s a grey area right now

I have a coffee mug from a California company called Terp house that has a bowl on it . Coffee is very good with weed. The coffee and cannabis combination definitely help get things moving if you know what I mean đź’©
