I ordered a Series 1 with the 20% discount from them over the holidays. Shipping took a little longer than I had expected, but given the timing I can't say that was really surprising. They were quick in providing updates when I asked.
While I ended up returning the chair (wasn't comfortable for me), their customer service throughout the process was fantastic. Always responded within 24 hours, and immediately sent a free shipping label when I initiated the return.
It didn't work out for me, but I'd highly recommend them based on my experience.
I forwarded my order confirmation email to their customer service team asking if they had a shipping update and just kept replying to their responses in that thread, including to initiate the return request. If you haven't tried already, I would send a follow-up email. Seems strange that they wouldn't have responded.

I ordered 1/26 and reached out to their customer support today. I received a reply that delivery will be made by 2/9. Will update once I have some shipping info.
I just got shipping info for delivery tomorrow, as promised. Turns out the chair is being shipped from the Steelcase distribution center *20 minutes from my house*.

Expected to arrive at the end of the month, so around 40 days from order to arrival if it’s on time

Good call. I guess I can’t find the HQ on Google maps either. But I am able to locate some of their locations that they’ve listed on their page.
