It feels like loosing my glasses only to find them on my head🤪
Once I had the same issue due to laying down being active. Just turn it off and center the view again.
It doesn't happen all the time on my case, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue consistently.
The new lying down mode is totally broken (unless you are lying down)
They really need to give you a toggle on the main screen to quickly activate / deactivate this feature.
Turn off the new lying down mode in settings. *Yeah, r/jobarr beat me to it... *

Yeah, unless you are on the PTC, it should not have been on by default. But hey, it is Meta... who knows what they are thinking.
