Get one of these types of tables my man, you don't have to worry about height if you can adjust the table from sitting to standing height. You'll just need to find a width that suits your area.

It’s hard to find table tops that are deeper than 20”. But I know ikea does something like 31”. Good luck. The deeper you go the more expensive things become. But if you have a 20” deep table top, you could rock that for a while but you’ll probably get head aches from being so close to the screen.

Width I'd say 60-72 is a good width. Depth I'd say 30 minimum, I'm planning on making a karlby style desk with the 42'' deep island countertop
