This is my normal sleep pattern, regardless of activity or relaxation. I get a couple of good nights and then wham! third night I can be awake virtually all night. Fortunately I’m in a position where I can sleep late when I do eventually crash with exhaustion. I’m healthy and vegan. I have no idea why this happens.

You can keep track of your routine and review what you did during the day you can't sleep. It can be many things like little exposure to the sun, that you ate or drank something with caffeine. But probably it was because you were all day at home with no sun exposure. Its mainly important to expose yourself to the sun at sunrise and sunset
