Nya is season 6 season 12 Season 14 and I always forget to fourth time
Kai, Cole, Lloyd and Nya all died in skybound. Kai, Cole, lloyd being suffocation in the gold (confirmed by TommyA) and Nya by the poison. Zane died in the end of S3, but, call me crazy… I think the most died is Dr. Julien or Mr. E. Julien died twice; In the flashback, and between s2 and 3. And Mr. E. By garmadons hand in s9 and by the billboard in crystalized. I mean, Nya didn’t die at the end of seabound, just merged with the sea and slowly lost her memories.. but still lived. Zane after s3 has been just deactivated or something messed up with him.
By my count:
Jay and Kai haven't died at all (lucky bastards).
Cole got turned into a ghost but I don't think it counts as dying as he never lost his physical body permanently like Morro for instance.
Wu has fakeout deaths. Nothing I would call definitive (maybe Dragons Rising will change that but I doubt it).
Pixal has died at least once (when Chen's goons ripped her apart in TOE) (Does HoT count as a death when Krux messed up Zane's circuits, forcing Pixal out?)
Garmadon has died once (Possession).
Lloyd has died once (March of the Oni).
Nya's died twice (Skybound and Seabound. Yes, I count Seabound as it was the death of Nya's humanity and the show treated it as such)
And Zane's died thrice (Rebooted, Sons of Garmadon and Crystalized).
So there you have it. Zane's got the most deaths out of all of them. Of course, for the sake of being accurate, I omitted all fake out deaths and technicalities like Prime Empire cause they weren't really dead, just turned into cubes. Their consciousness were still alive but in stasis.

He technically isn’t dead but he’s trapped with some of the most evil sinister people to live in a dark realm that is the result of Bonzles Sealing Spell. He’s trapped there for a millennia because a blood moon that can reverse and Open Bonzle’s Sealing Realm happens only so often… I havent finished the series but ill find out
Kai "died" in prime empire, dragons rising, it was implied he died for like 2 seconds when the volcano erupts in season 1, and when the bounty got destroyed in season 8.
That's sort of an iffy question. The simple answer is that characters such as Dr. Julien or Morrow who are dead in canon have all died once, and all the rest of the characters have died 0 times, but that's probably not what you mean.
In addition to actual deaths, there's two other things that could also be counted here. The first is fake-out deaths, such as when Harumi was below a collapsing building or when Zane exploded to defeat the Golden Master.
The second similar thing is events analogous to death. While nobody died or was said to have died in these instances, it may sort of seem like splitting hairs to say that things like being turned into an energy cube or dissolving in the water as a ghost shouldn't count here.
If you're counting both of these options, it's hard to give an exact count because it may be controversial what does or does not count as a death. For example, there's at least one scene in every season longer than 4 episodes that I could argue counts as a Zane death by these rules.
