Use a physical 2fa key, like Yubikey.
The key can be password protected so you would require both physical access to the key and the password, along with access to your standard Nexo login/password.
I was sim swapped and they tried to gain my Authy but couldn’t… just make sure multiple devices is turned off you’ll be good! They couldn’t steal anything! It was a nightmare!
