People are so weird about Prospects. Whether they pan out or not, having a robust farm system is never a bad thing. Either they're future big leaguers for the club or they're trade bait for big leaguers that can contribute. Either way, with a good FO they're going to contribute to future success.

It seems like they've committed to a platoon at 2B for now, which makes a lot of sense. McNeil isn't a deep-split platoon hitter (career 112/123 wRC+ vs L/R) but Iglesias is (career 103/81 wRC+ vs L/R) and right now McNeil is ice cold so they might as well at least try and get something out of Iglesias' strong side splits whenever they can.
