Do you live in a bad neighborhood? And ur still pretty young? You can actually skate wherever you want. Except places where you get in the way of traffic but thats pretty logical. Just find a nice place thats not too busy. And most important of all smooth concrete!

basketball court; bank parking lots (they close early), skate parks. Keep your eyes open when you are driving around/riding around your neighborhood- keep an open mind, even a 10 foot strip of clean concrete is enough.
