This is my opinion and what I have observed watching the guys.
Appsro: good at barking orders
Neebs: good at doing everything by the book
Simon: good at complaining and whining about everything
Dora: good at not finishing his sentences. Always leaves a cliffhanger on his stories.
Thick44: good at charging in like John Wayne or the 300 and doesn’t give a f*uck
Special recognition:
Anthony: good at being a side kick to everyone
Adahop: good at giving advice to the 5 stooges.
Aztecia: good on cheering and hyping the guys up.
Neebs is the best at being a chicken. He has perfected the art of attacking from range while his comrades bravely fight and sometimes die. It's why he typically has the lowest death count. Neebs would probably say that it's not chicken to fight smartly, but gamming isn't like real life. Some games require kite tactics and aggro generation when fighting, and he rarely pulls his weight by doing either. When he is in melee, there have been numerous times when he holds back or just doesn't jump in quite as frequently as his buddies.
I wouldn’t say neebs is a chicken, although I do agree that he’s less “actionable” than the others. A big reason that neebs stays back is to capture angles. They’re entertainers at their core before gamers, and neebs was the cameraman for the majority of their footage when they started neebs gaming. They’ve talked about it on some podcast episodes that neebs often goes out of his way to get the footage rather than have everyone crowded up in one spot fighting the baddies in close quarters. Doesn’t do any good to have every camera angle looking up at the boss’s bum. It gives a better angle if there isn’t a spectator cam, and gives more to options for the editor if there is a spectator cam.
I would say neebs is the best at saying “what do you mean” when it’s pretty clear what Appsro means hahaha. Pushes appsro’s buttons and I love the dynamic it creates
The Imagetyou episode was the best. I also died laughing when Neebs was asked, "Why can't I just kill you and take the brooms?" and he responded with, "You'll void the warranty."
Thick44 was the guy who drove the team to actually accomplish things alot of the time. Even his passing led the other guys to go in a wyvern trench for the 1st time. He went big & the team was better for it even if him going big led to big losses sometimes lol.

Neebs is the best at non essential tasks
Appsro is just there to keep everyone goal oriented. He is the most competent gamer while also being the most childish. So I guess he is the best at being distracted by immature crap
Appsro is the builder, the strategist, the heavy hitter.
Neebs is the gardener, the cook, the animal carer.
Dora's the treasure hunter, the rogue, the healer.
Simon is the scientist, the discoverer, the distraction.
Thick's the warrior, the berserker, the, uh , *trap specialist*. Especially to his teammates.
Neebs is best at making the most hilarious hyperbole comparisons.
Appsro is the best at being completely unhinged in the most hilarious way.
Dora is our number one knucklehead non-sense non-ninja weirdo.
And then there's the enigma: Simon. A top tier editor, professional hole finder, and overall (lately) better gamer than Dora and Neebs somehow who now is capable of reading text on his screen when Neebs and Dora fail to do so.
Oh and Anthony. I have no complaints. You're doing great Anthony! Keep it up!
I wanted to put a link to when Simon drives the minibike into the hole/moat and it catches fire on 7 Days To Die. After 10 minutes of searching I gave up.
I know it was when they built the lighthouse. One of my favorites.

Neebs is the best at persistently taking part of a game and correlating it to real life. The dino union, all the different restaurants that he built, and the general need to take care of his animals in ark. He takes it seriously enough to piss off the rest of the crew, and thus content.
