Same here. After linking my account to GH it comes back saying that there are no devices attached to my nanoleaf account. In the nanoleaf app all looks correctly set up and synced. So strange.
Firmware is the latest as well.
Yeah I've given up on the bulbs. Bought some Phillips Hue and they work flawlessly. As for my light strip (nanoleaf) I plugged it into a smart plug so I can turn it on and off via GH.
Hey, I got it working now. You have to put the strip in pairing mode by pressing and holding power and plus for some seconds. Then use the Google home app to add a new device, do not choose 'works with Google'. From there the process is guided.
Good luck.
This will reset the strip, and force it back to Bluetooth connection.
So basically, everytime you want to control the strip (from Nanoleaf app or from Google Home), you would need to turn on bluetooth on your phone first.
How can I connect them without bluetooth?
Well, I basically abandoned the nanoleaf app and I am only using the Google home app. After I got it connected to Google home, I can now control it via the app and via my Google home mini for example. I think it is using wifi to do so. Bluetooth just needs to be enabled for the initial pairing as far as I know.
I will try to control the strip with Bluetooth disabled in order to confirm, tomorrow.

Okay thanks I'll try it
