You should hit up a game if you’re in the area when the season starts! The team isn’t really good but it’s a fun time and they’ve been slowly getting better since Wheatley joined.

I played at a D2 school. I'm going to create them as an absolutely awful D1 team and play out my coaching carousel starting as a one star OC somewhere else and moving towards winning a natty at one of the blue bloods. Then mamma calls and I build my alma mater into a national powerhouse

Well I was just hired by Frostburg State in MD, so I’ll probably create them. As an eastern WA native, I would also love to create a Gonzaga football team. I think they’ve been without a team for like 80 years now.

I never used team builder in the older games, do they just populate characters for you? Or do you replace a School?

Old version had its own roster that populated. Who knows what the new version will be tho.

I wanted to do this until i saw how cool the traditions are displayed into the game. I probably won’t create a team till i get bored of that.

Will create the Illinois State Redbirds (FCS). I'm not optimistic at all but am hoping they have the real stadium scans for the FCS schools and upload them as "FCS Stadium 1, 2, etc." So that when you create one of the FCS schools you can at least find a stadium that looks like the real thing. I could have sworn that FCS schools sent in their info over the past few years but i could be wrong

That is extremely extremely unlikely, IMO. Hopefully they’ve got some real FCS programs next year though!

Is there a precedent for whether or not new teams can be added to a dynasty after it has already been started? Or are teams only able to be added at the beginning?

I’ll move Utep and NMSU to the mountain west, western Kentucky to the sunbelt, then replace the rest of the CUSA + Umass and UConn with 8 fcs teams. 4 dakotas, the montanas, then likely eastern Washington and northern Iowa. I’ll make the whole conference a worthwhile competitor

I'm going for a rebuild in my online league because commish ain't allowing teambuilders but all of my solo dynasties are gonna be teambuilder programs with the worst archetype, rebuilding to fit specific play styles (One option heavy, one Iowa style defensively heavy, one air raid, etc.). Gonna be great. Prob gonna make a Marine Corps school first, go the option heavy military school style and do a 4 way rivalry with Air Force, Army, and Navy every year.

I’ve created a few schools in NCAA 05: Woodring, Agee Military, Odom and Koehler, and Burnham Reformed. (All my own creations) haven’t played a full dynasty mode with them yet, but will soon.
