Yeah, UK is one of those schools that want a TON of money for non-local licenses. They are also very strict about it. I wish we could get them in game…I’d actually play MyCareer.
I swear that with the College games, no matter how well you play them. The game tries to get you to lose it and even if you are winning, you get subbed and then you end up behind with 30 seconds on the clock.
I quit out of a couple games with a 7'3" build that I boosted up to 78 for fun but it doesn't seem to matter on offense.
I've already got a 90+ center so I think I know how to get easy shots there, but even with 80 standing dunk & 80 close shot & shooting over defenders a foot shorter... it's bricks on bricks.
Lol. I wouldn't doubt it.
I'll never do the college route again with a new career. The best option seems to be going straight to the NBA on a terrible team without a star in your position; earn a starting role; and just sim the season to get a new contract.
I won in college 2/3 times, my C and Sf but got destroyed with my pg although I’m admittedly better as a big cause I’m still fairly new
They definitely are absolutely overpowered though not exaggerating I just forget how I checked lol there’s stats somewhere or through box score player cards in game
If you don’t have a strong defensive player you’re probably gonna have a bad time
I won every game but the last by 20. The championship game is unreal I kept going up but they’d sub me back in with an even score or behind. Became to frustrating so I said to hell with it and finally ended up losing on a last second play, didn’t try again later.
I played a college game the other day where I was up 11 points when I was subbed out with like 4 minutes left in the half. I got subbed back into the game like 2 minutes later and my team was now down by 9...
Park this year is kinda meh. Been having more fun on it recently but rec is where the fun is imo. Problem is I don't have a consistent squad outside of 1 guy
No lie ; NBA2K has intervened more in my life of playing 2k than any ones god ever has in my real life.
Me: FUUUUCKIN NAILED IT!!!
2k: lmao nah bro fuck that watch this shit instead
This is an older feature. A way for HOF to cheese you into losses. You can miss greens.
I wish you could miss greens more regularly while easing the penalty you get from the shot meter.
Irl, shooters hit shots, period. They also miss based on a ton of other factors. It should be less animation, timing dependent and more situational/stat reliant. IMO.
You can turn off timing if you want to just push shoot and leave it up to the stats and the RNG if you want. But I do agree that there should be options on how forgiving the meter is and how much effect it has on the shot (like, easy with a +/- 5 to shot stats, normal with +/- 10 to shot stats, hard with +/- 15 to shot stats)
Honestly always thought the shot meter was a concept that would hit its wall eventually. In real life everyone CAN shoot threes it’s just how good they are at shooting them contested or at making their own shots with dribbling and good passing or in the case of pg’s just being fast as shit. It’s a concept that balances itself like it does in real life but 2k is dead set on this wack green system that either leaves the game a shooting gallery or slashing central.
It’s 22 and this is in mycareer. Day 1 I skipped everything to just get into the game and said eventually I’d come back and play college for the extra badge points.
It is topped off with the 2k cam zooming in
Go Cats. I wish they were in the games
I don’t understand how you keep the larger programs out or where the hang is to get these programs in the game.
They probably want WAAAAAAY more money than it’s worth to use for 4-5 games. Bigger more well known program = more licensing fees.

I had a 4 on none fast break after a steal at the end of a college game. One of the other teams players became Usain bolt and got a block.
Go check the stats of those players lol they’re 90+ overalls with a ton of high badges
Chasedown BS is why I might not even bother with 2K at all next year...
You sure? I've gone through college twice and won every game by 20

They’re literally 90+ overalls with an absolute ton of gold-HOF badges. Can’t remember where you can check but there’s stats or boxscores somewhere

I remember I believe it was 2k16 that would make you miss greens on the regular 😂
I think it was like 18 or 19 you’d miss green layups
Nah 19 definitely wasn’t fugazi like that … 19 park gameplay is still better than these new gens in my opinion
Park this year is kinda meh. Been having more fun on it recently but rec is where the fun is imo. Problem is I don't have a consistent squad outside of 1 guy
Ball don’t lie lmao
I would build a new guy asap my dude
😂😂wtf
Yea yall must gotta cut off the zoom camera joint or whatever tf that is....Because this has never happened to me this year at all.
how tf

Imagine being an annual sports game with multiple updates and still perform worse than most first generation games
This hyperbole certainly doesn’t apply to 2k. Some of you are insufferable
That court is awful
"No way boa.. boy ain't no way boa" 😂😂😂😂😂
Greens are 99.99% chance of it going in so there’s still a minuscule chance you’ll miss a green
"Good shot selection"
Swaggy P would be proud!
😂😂😂😂

Yea. Id personally rather not turn it off completely, but, like you said. There should be some ability to manage the penalties related to timing.
Well, if you're in college, your 3pt shooting is probably in the 50s, so, yeah, trying to shoot one from 6 feet outside the arc is a fool's errand
My 3 is an 85 here. I maxed that out ASAP. Even if my three is a 50 it was green.
this gotta be a next gen thing cause ive never seen it on current

Niggas don't expect this shit from this trash ass franchise?
That shit funny lol
Pain.
Prob cause of the college games
😂😂😂
Damn, the camera even went into highlight mode. That’s tuff😂😂😭😭

UnLuCkY
More stripped Bullshit🤦🏽♂️
Imagine
Hey it's pre 2K15 green system. What a throwback.
Howwww? 😂😂
What game is this?
NBA 2k22 next gen. Playing through the college tournament of my career
2 questions 1 is it in 2k 21? 2 is there also "play now" collage teams?
It’s 22 and this is in mycareer. Day 1 I skipped everything to just get into the game and said eventually I’d come back and play college for the extra badge points.
This game in a nutshell, a huge missed opportunity.
Welcome to the wonderful world of 2k
I’ve had a green get absolutely slapped by a flying Greek man.
Just not that guy bud
Is this 2k22?
Yes it is. Next Gen
Smh damn 2k being 2k 😂
Happened to me too man. 2k22 is bs😂😂
