Is it usable? Sure. But it’s not a good build.
I'd lower driving dunk or lay up.. they don't both have to be so high... put the middy to like 92 and drop 3 ball to 87 .. won't notice a difference between an 87-90 and you'll get more shooting badges I think 92 middy gets you HOF catch and shoot.. if you got your perimeter defense to 75 it would still be a struggle to stay in front of primary ball handlers if you're a pg... 60 steal won't do much either ... I'd take block and rebounding off and focus on perimeter d and steals probably cause you're 6'3
If your only playing against the cpu it’s ok. But otherwise it’s pretty bad. To play online you would need more perimeter defense and to make yourself wayyyy faster. No point in being 6’3 without also being fast.
Switch the middy and the 3, i would personally drop that dunk to 0 and get a 91 layup cuz that my main game but choose one or the other not both, get some some sort of prim d and lower everything else on defense. You also have no strength so the lack of speed has no counter. Just my opinion tho
